We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

BangladeshHowever, the washroom was a bit disappointing—it was dark and could have been cleaner. Also, water park area should have been more cleaner. It was dark on the stairs area of water slide staircase.
Stayed at this hotel in Krabi with a lovely waterpark pool view. The room was clean, had comfortable beds, and came with all the necessary amenities. The resort’s waterslides are a lot of fun, and they also have a separate swimming pool, which is a nice addition. The lobby is spacious, and they provide tasty welcome drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Pools are amazing, especially the slides. We are 2 adults in our mid-late 20s and had a blast, and there is an option of a quieter pool if you wish. Swim up bar is great, rooms were clean and well maintained, staff were lovely and helpful, good location not right in town but plenty around

DenmarkProperty is quite large so it can be a long walk to your room from the reception. The room service food is not great, but it’s not a problem as the reception are happy to accept Grab food orders for you.
Excellent facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the swimming pool and it was great having adjoining rooms for our family of 4.

Staff are friendly and clean room. I have ask for extra birthday room decor for my friend and for our wedding anniversary room decor and they did it so amazing. We got also one day trip to Phi Phi island in good price and easy.

United StatesThe bathroom set up was odd. The shower had no door so water splashes out and on to everything. The tub was never used a walkin large shower would have been more useful. The breakfast was ok. For the price of three I would go else where.
The swimming pool area was great for my 12 yr old son. The room was decent for the price. Location was nice. Walking distance to everything.
