Some parts of the room were slightly damaged (cabinet and bathroom doors wouldn't stay closed completely, scratches and chips on some furniture).

Location was away from the crowds but still convenient enough. Resort was well designed and staff were great. We had a free upgrade upon check in.

Property is quite far out, so you need to use taxi or hire a scooter. Room kept getting infested with ants. Beds on a raised platform was a bit annoying.

The frequency of the free shuttle into the town centre. I understand as it is an added bonus, but if they were every half an hour, the buses wouldn’t be so cramped at night, as some missed the last bus home. Unless you don’t mind booking and paying for a Grab or Bolt

I didn't like the restaurant area in the ground floor so much not because it' s not nice but it is big and empty, it has potential though if they do something with it. Info desk was really helpful too.

Breakfast was very nice and the surrounding jungle view was awesome. We were fortunate to stay in the new domain of the hotel which was incredible. It was quiet and very clean.

If I’m being super picky the bed was a little firm but that’s personal choice isn’t it

The rooms allocated in the adults only area were amazing. Spacious, clean, brilliant air con and gorgeous to look at - entrance to pool down some spiral stairs - really quirky. The food was great and the happy hours (cocktails only) made cocktails extra affordable. Breakfast was good. Moped hire for 300 bt - great. Close to Ao Nang if you wanted to visit there. Can’t fault the hotel at all.

The room we got upgraded to was a bit dirty, but apart from that, all was great! Will come again if we visit Ao Nang :)

Great resort, we got a free upgrade to the pool rooms, a wonderful suite with direct access to a more secluded pool. Wonderful breakfast buffet, very nice staff. Motorcycle rental also available for 300 THB per day, which is the same price you would pay anywhere close. Really recommended to rent a scooter to be independent from taxis, as the resort is a bit far from the main attractions.

The bunk beds in the family / friend studio isn’t the most comfortable. Also not a negative but it is outside of the main area for Ao Nang so short (sometimes free) shuttle to the main strip should be accounted for.

The pool and the swim-up bar are definitely winners! Their cocktails are great as well. The view from the sky bar is stunning as well during sunset.

I think a few minor tweaks would’ve made it outstanding such as a few extra shuttles in the evening to get home. The last one back from town was at 21.10 which is very early! Free collection to and from the airport should be a given really, to keep this more eco you could do hourly collections so it’s not back and forth for everyone. There was also quite a lot of amazing but unused space which would’ve been perfect to use as a games space to make it more of a place you’d spend a full evening.

We had a pool access suite and it was perfect, the rooms were spacious and modern and beautiful and access to the pool was very welcome and serene. The food was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. I loved the eco vibe and the breakfast was great! I also loved that there was a shuttle service into town which made the fact it was a little further out of ao nang worthwhile! Really sensational when you think of value for money!

The hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the facilities are beyond great and the location is fantastic (a bit far from town so it is really quiet!)

We loved the swim up rooms, my husband and i had a downstairs one and my daughter and her boyfriend had an upstairs one. Both were great in size, comfort and cleanliness. We thought the views from the sky bar were breathtaking and loved the cocktails at the swim up bar. My daugter and i also joined a yoga class which was great. Although could do with some fans in there, even though it was an open sided space and 8am, it was WARM! :()

It’s not a real five star hotel. Sauna and steam did not work.

The adult only pool / villas with direct pool access were great. You can swim and relax perfectly. Breakfast was great with lots of home - made products and organic fruits and veggies. Room service and food in general was really nice.

The location is quite far away, but it was nice to be somewhere quiet and be able to relax. it was not an issue for us. And if we missed the free shuttle the staff will happily organise a taxi.

Loved the pool and the swim up bar. We stayed in a spa suite room, with a lovely large bath in the room. It was also the only hotel of the 5 we stayed at in Thailand that had mirrors outside the bathroom!! The staff were friendly. The food was epic. Would definitely stay here again.

For a five star hotel I think they could work on some details to provide a perfect experience for guests: - We tried to checkin earlier but it wasn’t possible, which was fine. So we went on a boat tour and came back to the hotel after 8pm when our room was obviously ready. But our luggage wasn’t placed there - it was still in the luggage room. - Mattresses are really hard/firm. - It’s great that they offer an hourly free shuttle to Ao Nang beach (the hotel is 2,5 km inland), but service could be more frequent. It often left the hotel full - in one occasion there was no space for a couple of people, and I saw the hotel owner driving them himself (which was cool).

Beautiful hotel on the hills overlooking Ao Nang. We stayed in one of the villas with direct access to the pool, and they are huge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bigger pool is spectacular.
