The staff are really good, very helpful and warm. My daughter says she wants to go back because the housekeeper was very friendly to us 🤣 The receptionists were all lovely and went above and beyond. Breakfast spread is good and some dishes were absolutely scrumptious! The kids loved the bunk beds, just that take care that the littles don't tumble off the bunk bed steps

Firstly, the hotel needs to buy new linens as all the bedsheets, pillow cover and duvet cover had either stains on them ( even though it was washed) or was torn from places because of being thinned out from several washed and usage. Secondly the hotel needs to make sure to label the breakfast items that are halal and keep the chicken sausage in a different pan from the pork sausage as according to them the chicken sausage was halal but it can easily be contaminated from the pork sausage as both were in the same pan with one single lid covering both.

The resort was in a quite area 10 min away from the Ao Nang Area which is very good if you want to relax and also they had shuttle service to the beach. The staff were friendly and the room were also spacious.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this property or staff.

The hotel was located in a very peaceful and quiet location, and only a few minutes' drive from the beach. The food and drinks up on the rooftop sky bar were excellent. The room was big, the bathroom and shower were modern and the bed was very comfortable.

I'm note sure what it is about Thai hotel swimming pools but they like everything (tiles) to be the same colour in the pool. This is ridiculous if you build a wall half way across the pool (in this pool), or have large concrete/tile steps going into it, in numerous locations (in other pools), as you can't spot it when swimming. The pool side lounger covers need a little bit of attention. The restaurant/bar staff also just need a bit more training. This extends to the breakfast "egg" station, where every time anyone wanted a fried or poached egg etc. they would go missing. This was extended to all guests , not just us! The bath tap leaked which isn't something you really want when the bath is in the bedroom. The gym is very small, and the times we went to use it, it was untidy with empty cups, food wrappers and towels lying around. (possibly bins and towel bins need to be more visible). The two bunkbeds in the family room were very uncomfortable for our children. I would say <8s only in these beds.

Let's get this straight, we liked this property and tried to extend our stay, however it does have a few pitfalls, not many, but enough to question whether the slightly higher cost is worth it. What we liked was the pool and pool bar, with a Happy Hour, some music and a nice bar person and mixologist! We also liked the roof top bar and amazing views. The breakfast restaurant was good, however some of the dishes might have been presented a little better and a few more choices/or variations would have been good. The bedrooms were of a good size and the beds (in the standard rooms) were comfortable and reasonably well stocked. The shower was powerful, the towels were good and the bath in our room was a good size and had great views. Beach/pool towels could be picked up at reception. The aircon was good. The reception area is nice and the toilets in the reception and next to the restaurant are very good. The hotel provides transportation to the beach quite a few times a day (timetable at reception) there and back. Occasionally they have to do a couple of trips as there are more guests than space on the van. If you stay at this hotel, I would strongly recommend you get the Grab App and use it to get around, in conjunction with the hotel transport. It is away from the "strip" and has great views over the cliffs. However, I get the feeling that the area is being developed at a rapid rate of knots.

The property is close to the main attraction area of Krabi, if someone wants to walk they can follow it, but the path is very lonely and dark especially after sunset. It’s so close yet so far that u need to book a cab. The property provides hourly pick up and drop.

The property is located very close to the Ao-nang beach road yet there is nature around with no city noises. The view from the swimming pool and even the restaurant is pretty amazing.

This hotel is the best of the best in Krabi, definitely the best service and attention, they also have adult only stay. I spent 11 days and I love everything about it. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Definitely I will come back next year

We booked a room on the 1st floor where you can enter the pool from some steps on your balcony. It was a wonderful little luxury. The staff were lovely and friendly. Definitely go for a cocktail during happy hour on the roof terrace. Beautiful views!

The distance from Main Street. The hourly shuttle is convenient if it matches your timing. However, It is a short 7 min drive and a cheap taxi ride for each direction

I miss a small mini market, just one close to reception.

This is a really lovely Hotel, every one who works in the hotel seems to enjoy it.Free shuttle bus every hour to the city centre, and easy access to Krabi town for some shopping. Great pool area and a lovely restaurant on the rooftop.

In a 5 star resort i would expect more art. Maybe art that shows a sustainable story, spreading awareness would be a nice addition.

The relaxed atmosphere just outside of the busy ao nang strip. The staff was very kind and the owner of the hotel ensured the guests were satisfied. He even offered to bring us to ao nang beach himself!

Very nice resort, taking ecology serious (talk to the owner if you can!). Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool and very nice breakfast. Location is a bit off but there are shuttles every hour and Grab and Bolt operate very well there.

The superior Thai room and deluxe room are a little too small. The location is not in the city, but if you like privacy this is the place.

Nice comfortable rooms, comfy bed, breakfast was just okay for a 5 star hotel. Service at the front desk needs to improve for some of the staff. Hassan was the best employee, thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I love the location and the views around the hotel of limestones.

We received a coupon for 10% discount at restaurant. However they automatically add 10% service charge and also add 7% taxes. There is no transparency on this, and you find out when you get the bill. Have never seen this in Thailand and it is ridiculous.

Beautiful resort, clean and tidy. Wonderful friendly staff who loved to engage with guests. The adult only villas are very spacious and comfortable. Quiet and private but still very close to the beach , shops and restaurants with free hourly shuttle bus.

The only slight negative was some noisy guests arrived on the second night of our stay, but this issue doesn't relate to the hotel.

Everything was excellent. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The suite with a spa was extremely spacious and the little extras were appreciated. The pool and atmosphere was nice. It's only a 10 minute shuttle ride to Ao Nang and the pick-up is on time. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel.
