Check in and check out is the worst I have ever had in my life and I am getting old and even checked in online. It never helped much.

For me mats and pillows are the most important in any hotel as these get in close contact with the guest's body. Well, here mats are not very comfy (springs hurt), sponge pillows not too ergonomic... Room doors close wood-on-wood, resulting in constant (day and night) door slamming. Shower with a fixed nozzle quite strange.

Check in and check out is terribly slow. Probably should care the hotel manager about a new electronic administration tool and more reception staff .......... And the hotel asks for a deposit like hotels did it 30 years ago ............. Very ridiculous !!!!

Check in time was the actual biggest joke i have ever come across in a hotel. It took over an hour to check in and there were only 3 people in front of me, who had all completed the fast check in form prior to arrival. Check out was just as bad, had to wait 20min whilst they sent someone to check the room, this is what the CC deposit is for. Absolute shambles of a front desk

Everything went well while me and my family stayed at the Ambassador Hotel. Our room always clean by the maid, also our room was enough space for me and the family. Breakfast was delicious, it changes most of the days, which is good for a change! Easy access around the shops, restaurants and easy way to Nana station, Asok station and Terminal 21. Overall we enjoining our stay and satisfied with everything.

Air con was a bit noisy. Room was a little tired. Had a view of scaffolding.

Room was large and no street noise. Location was fantastic. Every evening, we would walk to Terminal 21 and eat in the food hall. Then stroll back. During the day we used the entry form SOI 13, you could get fantastic iced coffee in that alleyway. Laptop sized safe :)

Building renovation being conducted with constant Jackhammers being operated during the day. No air conditioning on the floors in hallways, but air conditioning seems to work in entrance lobby area down stairs.

Location is excellent a couple minute walk to the BTS Skytrain. House keeping were exceptional.

Regret to say.. but at check in process is slow... like me and my friend reached at 11 30 am at hotel ambasador.. and reception said that come at 2 pm .. but once we went at 2 pm to reception, reception took 30 min to finalize the process like money , key card,, security deposit etc... it's such good place bit small things could make it more better,, small suggestion just ask reception to do all the process by 2 who ever guest comes. And just inform them guest can only logi at 2 pm save time for every one.. Regards

The room was on the smaller side. The washroom was also small. Also there were a few small bugs in the room during our stay. The most disappointing factor was the breakfast options. No wide variety.only catering to Indian options. Also some Chinese options. The option for other nationalists are extremely low and very disappointing considering the charges we were paying. The amenities in the bathroom were also not upto the mark. On first day we only received 1 shampoo and 1 body wash whereas we were 3 people.

The area had quite a few restaurants and BTS station around. The service was overall okay. The staff was well behaved.
