The furniture is consumed. The room is not spacious, they can use the space in a better way. And lastly and sadly, there is no shuttle service that take you from the resort to outside, so every time you want to go to the middle of patong you have to pay 200 thb

Nice resort located in the patong area with good service. The breakfast is one of the best. I liked the lobby view on the ocean

Had a bad experience with the travel desk set up in the premises for various tour ...company name Andaman leisure....they r highly unprofessional and a rude attitude towards the tourist ...our friend almost drowned in the sea but no help came from the tour operator our kids only help save her.....

View was extremely gud...gud breakfast buffet....had a delicious sea food spread too....

While it’s a beach resort, and it’s dicrectly on the beach, the hotel itself doesn’t have a beach to chill on.. you have to go outside the resort if you want to enjoy a beach.. hotel beach had big rocks infront of it that you can’t just sit there Also since our rooms where far from the lobby, we had to call the mini buses to pick us up which was most of the time easy but if u want to leave you room at rush hours then u might have to wait for 20 or 30min But the staff are super nice that you can’t get angry at them for that

Although the shower itself was very roomy the bathroom was a bit small.

Absolutely loved the view and the property, the gardens and pool areas were immaculate and very inviting. Staff were very helpful and friendly, at all levels.

The room was dated, faucet, washer machine and many things were broken in our room. The house keeper tried their best to keep them great but just too old. The gym wasn't up to date with equipment and too small for a five star hotel. We DID NOT enjoy the crowds at all, certain regions are really disrespectful, loud and dirty, using hand eating food in the buffet place is really nasty and unacceptable. If you guys rated yourself as a five star hotel, you should sort through some type of customer as well. We were pay the full price to stay there, not even a penny discount. It s so sad Phuket, Thailand is so beautiful but we felt like we were in the third world country dealing with bunch of crowds that so disrespectful to the place and others, nasty, treated staffs so bad with bad words, destroyed the whole ambiance of our stay.

The food options ware great, staffs were excellent, everyone very polite.

There was construction work which is very noisy during the day next to our suite for the entire week we stayed at Amari, and the hotel didn’t respond to our request to change the room location for tje excuse that all fully booked! Booking response also was not satisfactory!

AC Facilities in restaurants and Common areas, Lobby, lifts, restaurants. Could be far better,Specially during the summer season, It was hot and humid in these areas. The Check in process took very long, should be improved.

Pool was very good. The Pool side restaurant service and staff was amazing. Ocean view rooms with balcony was a highlight. Most of the food at the restaurant was good, Specially the Breakfast. The staff at reception helped us get all our 7 rooms adjacent to each other even though it was busy time.

Accessibility issues. Too many steps for a knee affected person. The slopes provided are too steep. Missed going to the spa because of the accessibility. Very little non pool activities.

The ocean view from the room was the high point. The staff were always helpful and smiling. The food in both the restaurants were very tasteful and well prepared. Proximity to the Patong beach is an advantage.

The hotel’s idea are villas, and to transfer from ur room to the lobby or to any facility u need a golf car to pick you up. This thing was a bit annoying. Plus the breakfast is in an open area. There were many bees near the honey & mosquitoes over the fruits.

Bathroom has a bathtub, no shower cabin and when you take shower water gets on the floor

Staff is super friendly, it has a private beach very beautifull but there are some pebbles so bring sea shoes. Rooms are spacious and it's location is close to patong beach as well.
