The room was dirty, and there were a lot of ant's and some insects. The bathroom was not clean, and there was noise coming from the next room.

Property is located at conveniently approachable to food, massage and food outlets as well as entertainment, pubs etc are walkable. Furthermore excellent for Muslims as restrooms are equipped with Muslim showers, Prayer place is next street. Staff at front desk, restaurant, house keeping and security as bell boys were responsive instantly.

I have stay at this hotel more than time with minimum of 2 rooms 2 weeks. But due to my flight schedule I have ask for late check out and was asked for additional charge for each room which not Feary special when you have been at same hotel more than time with 2 weeks stay and 2 rooms

I have nice stay, and we like the hotel with good people and nice location, good rooms and good breakfast and easy transportation nice square shopping and markets including the restaurant at area different people different culture

The location is in the middle of all hussel and bussel. Some may call it dodgy and I would not go there with my kids again.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. We had breakfast included and we enjoyed the breakfast bar. Also the pool was very relaxing. Hotel was only a 10 min walk to the blue metro line

Room 1402 and that side of the hotel was very noisy due to the BTS being so close, needed ear plugs. The area is predominantly Arab and middle Eastern with a lot of the guests dressed accordingly. Also the surrounding restaurants are middle Eastern.

Good location for the BTS, staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and very good service in the breakfast restaurant.

For a 5* I expected cleaner room and bathroom. Windows were very dirty so we couldn’t see the view very clear.

The breakfast was nice and there were many choices. The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. The location is great only 2 minute walk to the Nana BTS station. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast: Unfortunately, I found the breakfast disappointing. Unlike my previous visits before the recent renewal, the options were quite limited. I missed the variety and quality that I had experienced earlier.

The staff working in reception let me waiting one hour to check in and I come 6pm my room should be ready by 2pm so they have time why not ready my room finally I checked in 7:30 pm

Yikes … we had a nightmare with our reservation on arrival. We booked a triple which wasn’t available. We were told that we would get an upgrade … terrace room but it wasn’t ready. We went out exploring and on our return, 3 hours later, the room only had 1 bed. We then waited and waited for housekeeping to bring the extra bed we were promised. 45 minutes later I went back to reception and spoke to the manager Peach who we had been dealing with. Peach was so apologetic and had to deal with the issue herself as Housekeeping Department were not following through with her requests. So we did end up with a lovely room but poor Peach, who worked day and night, had to sort it herself as she was having an issue with Housekeeping. If that gets sorted and the whiff of drains it would be a far better experience. We did have a good stay in the end thanks to Peach.

We did end up, eventually, with a lovely clean room. The pool was ideal and much needed after sightseeing. Closes at 7pm though. The breakfast was great, fab choice and staff were super helpful and polite.
