traffic is quite crazy, the main street is very busy so if you're coming or going to the airport keep in mind its going to be 30mins longer than normal.

its very central,also there are alot of stores around the area, so if you miss out on any touristy shopping you can always pick up something along the main street. The bts is a 10min walk and takes you around the main shopping malls and attractions.

For some strange reason, we could not find the switch or a way to switch off the inner light for the wardrobe. As a result, we did have some difficulties trying to sleep with that light on at first. It would have been nice to have a switch that could switch it off.

The property is in a rather convenient location to Nana BTS Station within a less than five minutes walk. One will quickly note that the property often has a lot of Muslim or Middle Eastern guests, which is not a surprise as the street that the property is on has many halal or Middle Eastern eateries as well as shops. There is a McDonalds nearby as well as a 24 hour supermarket which is a plus. The room, which seemed quite new with built in USB ports (which was appreciated), was kept pretty clean and we enjoyed using the bathtub facilities in the bathroom. Bed was alright and pretty big for both of us.

There was no hot water on the bathroom. And on a night time we could hear the music from the street. Need to double glazed the windows.

It's a nice hotel. Great reception area with a bar. The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice from cooked to continental. The rooms are a good size. Nice pool area well equipped gym. The bathroom was very nice.

The vicinity of the property has a lot of beggars.

It is very clean and comfortable the room is spacious and the location is strategic which is less than 5mins walking distance to the BTS station.

I have stayed at the hotel many times before Covid and was very happy with everything then. But was very disappointed this trip. I booked a room with a king size bed and view of the pool, when I got to the hotel was told I could only have a room with two single beds. After waiting one hour they rectified the situation I was given a room which I felt was the worst room in the hotel, no view of the swimming pool, the balcony was filthy dirty, I don’t think it was cleaned since the hotel was reopened. I also suggest that the hotel put some seating on the balcony. I also did not get hot water for a shower. I did not want to complain to the hotel as I was only staying for a few days and I don’t think they would rectify the issue.

In my reservation it was written that there would be a view of the city. What it really was was a view of the wall of the adjoining building, I was very disappointed, they refused to change my room on the grounds that they didn't have another room We were missing chairs on the balcony and an ashtray for cigarettes

The water in the shower had strong water pressure. And hot water continuously. really excellent

We felt like we were living in some restrictive Arab country because the guests were all Arabs & the surroundings felt like an Arab country. We came to Thailand for the Thai cultural experience & instead got the Arab cultural experience at the Boulevard

Shower situation - drain would block as soon as the shower is opened, so water would flood the bathroom within minutes. Spoke to hotel staff about it on the first day, issue wasn’t resolved. Showers also take very long to get hot, and at max the water still isn’t very hot Taxis take very long to get to hotel because of traffic on the main road (not an issue with the hotel, but more with Bangkok in general)
