The male receptionist was so rude and completely disinterested in attending the guests.

The shower was not working well and they wanted us to shower in one room and sleep in another…. Off course we did not approve such a weird idea and it felt very cheap to ask of us to do that… like they thought we would go out wet with the towels from room to room ?? I don’t know what they tried to save (rearrange the bed?) but I didn’t like to debate my right to have the shower and bed at the same room.

The first thing is the cost. I think it’s a great value for money hotel. The staff is very nice, they were helpful for some of the things, location is not bad, the bed was comfortable and the view from the window was very nice

Air con wasn't working good, but we informed reception and they sorted it. As well as offering us other rooms.

It needs some renovations. I think it's a good 3 Star hotel not a 4 star hotel but it's good value for the money.

The location is excellent, a lot of restaurants and near the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The room balcony is very nice. Good breakfast. The pool is ok.

Property needs a bit of maintenance, especially corridors and walkways to rooms. The bar area at pool definitely needs to be upgraded to provide more options as well as a more inviting look.

Very well located in Ao nang with walking access to all major attractions. Good size swimming pool and well laid out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Large bed & bedroom, good size balcony, friendly staff, good location to walk into the busy town & beaches. Reception staff helped us book a trip. Able to park our hire car at the hotel.

The shower curtain sticks to you and is not functional for keeping water in the shower area!! No hooks at all to hang towels The staff were very blunt and unhappy but there are many tourist places nearby who were helpful and better priced

The room was good - large size, big bed, lots of space for our bags, clean and modern The reception and pool area is small and dated, first impression was not good, but the room made up for it The location as nice, an easy walk to the beach and the centre, but also a choice of restaurants and shops very close by

Booking.com rates this Hotel as a 4 Star Hotel. That's overrated.It's a good 3 Star Hotel if you don't have high expectations.

Only what i didn't like was the view from our balcony, baddest of all hotels we were in our 1 month trip.

The hotel itself was nice, beautiful pool, not so warm water. The view in the cheaper rooms is not very nice, but the poolside views are better. Location is a bit far from center, but you can walk there about 20 min.

There were two showers which could be great, but one was the overhead kind but it was a bit wonky so most of the water came down one of the edges... the other shower in the bathtub had no curtain so floor got a bit wet. Minor things really though!

Welcoming and helpful staff who helped arrange activities and transportation, clean spacious rooms with a nice balcony,, very comfortable beds, pretty good location
