NOTHING TO COMPLAIN!

We have a very nice experience in this hotel!! I saw in the booking the reviews and I can affirm: THEY DESERVE MORE STARTS AND BEST RATES! The room are extremely clean as well so the full hotel! The location is the best point about this hotel! Just 5 minutes walking from the pier where you get the boats to go to another Krabi’s beach as Railay, Pha Nang and Ton. ( 15 min by long tail) Around you will have EVERYTHING you need: a big option is restaurants, a mini market with EVERYTHING, coffee shops, pharmacy. The staff is 10/10!!! For sure, Apassri will be our choice when we come back to Thailand! Michele and Valentine 🙏✨🇧🇷

The location is really nice and the staff are so friendly! Room is clean and big, the air con is great, was even too cold and had to turn it off!

Some of the staff wasn't that fluent in English, so we had to wait for a colleague to come.

Great staff at the reception, special mention to Chaba who spoke great English, helped us with many questions and with booking various day trips. We got a much better price for the tours compared to booking elsewhere, so it's recommended to book through the resort. It was convenient that we can buy breakfast on the spot every day. Quiet resort yet close to the main street. Nice swimming pool and several great restaurants nearby. We got a room upgrade upon check-in. I think the two room types look the same, but perhaps the difference is that it's on a high floor? Either way, we had a great stay.

They canceled a room while we on the way to the hotel ( they refund 600bhat, but the timing was worst, no other choices and also the room cost more than 600bhat). Worst lift i ever used. The room clean in the beginning, but when you find a bug inside the refrigerator, everything change. A bar and weed shop away 10 meters from the rooms in the third floor!! Beds are hard not comfy at all. I booked it stand of the reviews, i don't know how it scored 8.2!!!! Was my last and worst day in Thailand.

Nice clean and modern rooms. Very helpful staff. Close to a few restaurants and everything you might need. It's also between the massive night market as well as the main strip of bars and clubs, about 10 minute walk in either direction.

Unfortunately, it is an old hotel that has outlived its heyday. The air conditioning gives a bad smell of humidity, in the bathroom , on the bathtub there are stains, dirt, I also found a hair ... lamps in the bathroom are also terribly dirty. We slept in hostels of better standard and cleanliness. apasari has 4 stars and was dirty ..Unfortunately, the facility did not meet our expectations

Nice area, very close walking distance to Ao Nang Nopparat Thara beach. Room with Pool view, nice and quiet. Never used the pool, it had a great size. Cleaning was spotless.

when checking in. the lady had my bank card in and out of the machine 3 times keyed wrong amount in then decided to use another machine in total she messed up and blocked my card unbelievable and said that it was my card previously just left phi phi no issues with my card. unbelievable

Breakfast menu is the same everyday. Hope can alternate the menu. Besides that, there was one guy who seems like a supervisor (wearing white shirt) during breakfast service. He was not friendly and I noticed only give his big smile to European tourists. I know my family and I are just tourists from Malaysia but we are your guests too. Other than that applause to other staff (wearing pink shirt) cause they are very friendly.
