Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceSome time you can hear some loud cars. Also, if you have your chamber near the terrasse, you will be force to ask people to speak quieter. The neighborhood of Nana is lively but be careful, it could be shocking.
Spacious bathroom and bed. Not too far from subway station Green Line and Blue Line and Terminal 21. They offer drinks depending of green actions. Clean. You also have some cup of tea and spoon that they clean for you.

IndiaI stayed at the hotel for six nights. It was a most satisfying experience. The location was very peaceful with a spacious room and all amenities that one may need. A special word for the staff, specially young RIZA, who always attends very cheerfully to every request and has solution too. A tireless worker and fully proficient with her job. The swimming pool was immaculately neat and clean. The buffet breakfast had wide variety and cooked and presented to perfection. The spa within the hotel was an added attraction with polite masseur ladies.

United KingdomPool and gym are both very small but for the price I didn't expect them not to be. If a good-sized pool and gym are important, maybe think about elsewhere.
The young girl concierge upgraded my room as I was checking in 2 hours before 14.00. Very nice of her! Room was a good size, decent city view. Breakfast is very good. Location not far from nana and the skytrain good. Lots of amenities around. In general, very much worth the money.

LaosWe stayed for 5 nights and took advantage of a massively reduced rate from AUD $1070 down to AUD $300. Naturally we expected the rooms to be special but they weren't and even at the reduced rate they were underwhelming. Breakfast got worse each day, I've been in the hospitality industry for 44 years and its the first time I've ever seen mashed potato served at breakfast. What was the cook thinking? The complimentary 'fresh' juice or coffee for not having linen changed daily was actually the super sweet boxed juice, and vouchers were only able to be used between 1100 and 1500. The pool disinfectant was interesting. Although there was no smell, it was impossible to open your eyes under water. Pretty sure it wasn't chlorine. There's a back scud mark on the pool tiles at the water level, indicating they aren't cleaned regularly
