Our room had an issue, which forced us to move to another accommodation. The air conditioner didn‘t worm the next day, and we proposed to change a room or get a refund.Though the air conditioner was fixed, it was not resolved as we expected cause we don’t need it anymore:-(

The location is not bad, just a few minutes' walk to the beach.

The view from the balcony itself, or the cleanliness of the immediate surroundings, such a local average, nothing special.

Smaller, cozy and relatively well-equipped rooms. The staff was pleasant. Rooftop hot tub is a nice bonus. The location of the hotel is also not bad and you are relatively close to everywhere, be it to Kata beach or a little further to Kata Noi (probably the nicest freely accessible family beach in Phuket). Shops, restaurants and scooter rentals are nearby. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms fine ... In terms of the price-performance ratio, very good.

For staying in the hotel you will need to rent a motorbike, as is a few minutes walk from the main points in Kata.

We stayed in a lovely bright and clean room. The staff were very helpful and accommodated our needs of staying 2 more nights. Lovely place if you are looking for a quiet and calm place to stay.

TV did not work, AC remote did not work, one of the room lights did not work. Some maintenance check would be great before checking in another Guest.

Big and a bright room with a balcony, spacious shower. Great location as only 10 minute walk to the "main street" - all restaurants/shops/markets and the beach so the area was calmer and places around felt more local. Room was cleaned every day, new towels and amenities were provided. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly reception staff.

Good location, not far from the beach, lovely staff and the room is big enough. The elevator works really good if you have heavy luggage. They helped us to rent a scooter with a a rental that treated us very well. They can organise your van to the airport (900 bath)

The water in the shower was a bit smelly at first but it was hot.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were accommodating. The location was good.

Nothing in particular, better tv (tv screen in room had some burn mark in middle which affected image) and more movie channels only complaint but not a big deal.

Valour fur money, room was comfortable and quiet, friendly staff, great location.

Cleaning and changing sheets could be better

Very nice hotel and room. I thought it would be far from everything, but walking is fine. Staff at the reception and owners are very nice. They help you with everything. They also have a small breakfast menu during the whole day, this was really nice.

The rooms were clean in general, but not totally clean — there were some places where dust had accumulated. Also, the room is freshly refurbished and the furniture gives off some weird smell. However, we kept our balcony door open all the time and it helped.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cozy. The location seemed great — a ten-minute walk to the beach, but thanks to that the area is very quiet and good for night's rest. Amazing balcony, nice view, stylish rooms.

We reserved a standard double room but were veryy disappointed upon arrival. The bedsheets were stained and torn, and the bathroom grout and showercurtain were discolored from body oil residue. Despite assurances from staff about a room change, the alternative had even dirtier sheets, so we opted to stay put. Additionally, the bed was small (around 150 cm width) and one side was broken. The room's location by a busy road lead to noise disturbances (was not a problem for us), and the advertised view did not match reality. You will get better mountain view and no noisy road if you book deluxe room. After 10 pm, the reception closes, leaving our room key unattended. anyone could potentially access the hotel and rooms with the unattended keys. Hygiene was a major concern, as evidenced by attached photos. Avoid booking this hotel if cleanliness is a priority for you!

We did like the young lady receptionist during day time. she was very nice and helpful! It is nice to have a balcony to dry your clothing

It’s not attached to hotel so more like an apartment. No lock for front door to street so anyone can walk in. The mattress was absolutely rock hard. Gave me a bad back. The mini safe is pointless tiny plastic thing not attached to anything. I asked for a key to lock my valuables away in the drawer which they kindly helped with. The staff were lovely and helpful. I just prefer better security and thought I was staying in a hotel with a reception.

Good location, large new and clean room with balcony and nice views over the hills. Daily cleaning if required.

The cleaning definitely needs to be improved, both in the room and in the bathroom. The safe was very small and not screwed to the wall so would dare to put something in it because a thief could just take the whole safe.

Just stayed one night and it was perfect for a short stay, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Room very noisy. Window making noises all night as well as guests from other rooms and corridor. Very bad isolation to the point that we had troubles to sleep. Tv loosing signal ( voice exactly ) so despite english chanels available not able to enjoy it. Bed was broken - legs twisted and bottom very colapsaed. Need exchanging. Hotel was kind to agree for something extra due our honeymoon, but service was not delivered. Location in theory is not that bad, but not ideal.

Strongest point of Aloha Residence is the staff who works there. Always smiling and polite. You could feel a good vibes from them. Room was cleaned daily and toileters, drinking water replenished.
