The only feedback I would give is that the rooms have blue/cool toned lights and it would be much nicer if they were warm! Just a small thing but would really make the room feel a lot more cosy and inviting.

Lovely and clean!! Safety and Nuch are so kind and accommodating. Even when there was a mishap with my laundry, Safety fixed the problem immediately and my clothes came back looking better than new! The women who clean the property are also very sweet and do a great job. There is a complimentary tea and coffee station with lots of snacks to purchase too. Location fantastic, just a short walk into old town. I would definitely stay at Alleyhill again!

The staff were exceptionally nice. They clearly try to go the extra mile. I was visibly disappointed about the lack of a lift, so they insisted on carrying my luggage up stairs for me.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very satisfied. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel is ideally located, close to the city center and all amenities. I highly recommend it!

Even compared to all kind and friendly Thai people, this Alleyhill’s staff friendliness is on the next level. The way they took care of all my requests just won my heart. Definitely staying here if I go to Phuket again Also rooms are comfy and clean

I would have appreciated a bigger selection of snacks in the hotel. As they do not serve breakfast, it would have been nice if they had something a bit more filling than chips/chocolate for my morning cravings.

The staff was super nice and friendly! The room was clean and comfy, had all the basic needs covered. It is a quiet neighbourhood. I mostly took Grabs to go around but one night I ended up walking from the clock tower to the hotel and it was perfectly doable (and safe!).

While our stay was excellent overall, we have a couple of minor suggestions for improvement that would further enhance the experience: adjusting the room lighting to warmer tones for a cozier atmosphere and considering providing soap in addition to the shampoo and conditioner.

The entire hotel is beautifully bright and flooded with natural light. In terms of cleanliness, everything was truly impeccable; the rooms' minimalist design was particularly appealing and accentuated the overall cleanliness. The owners are very warm and welcoming, taking the time to offer valuable tips and advice. All services were readily available to us. We could have our laundry done for 200 THB, including drying, and rent a scooter for 350 THB per day. Taxi service is also offered, ensuring both cleanliness and safety. We highly recommend taking advantage of these amenities. The location is decent, with a 15-20 minute walk to the central Old Town. In conclusion, Hotel Alleyhill Phuket exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness, making it a fantastic choice for the price.

Fantastically clean. Good air conditioning. A really lovely guy who ran it who couldn’t do enough to help you. Made us coffee and tea each morning and helped us to organise the next leg of the trip. It’s a gem in Phuket town and totally spotless and comfy.

Rooms are beautiful and property is design in an unique way, with gorgeous decorations, plants and paintings. Rooms have aircon and they’re very clean. The hotel has a smoking area also and the welcome tea is the best! We also rented the motorbike which was so convenient and the owner very kindly made for us a list of places to visit which I have shared in this post. The location is also very good, 10 min walk to Phuket Old Town.

Alleyhill was a great find and we are so glad we stayed here. The owner and his son were wonderful, kind and helpful. They setup an airport ride for us and provided many options for exploring the city. The room was excellent with a big comfy bed, outdoor patio and plenty of space. A/C worked well too. Value for the money is A+++.
