Everything was great, but we did notice we didn’t really have a secondary nightstand. Upon arrival we also got to meet cockroaches. However, when we told the owner about it, he apologised and expressed he wanted to clean our room to get rid of them. You may think it’s bad that a hotel has cockroaches, but please remember that Thailand kind of has a cockroach plague and we see them daily when walking outside. So the fact that the owner immediately acted upon the news was a very positive experience.

Very friendly owner; never experienced such a lovely and enthusiastic host! He asked us often if everything was okay, and always greeted us with the biggest smile. The hotel was modern and cozy, and had a great location! All staff were also very friendly.

Clean room with comfy bed. The family that runs this place are so welcoming and helpful! My room was spacious and clean. You can tell that they make sure the place is spotless. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to family and friends.

He is without any doubt the sweetest host ever and the sweetest most helpful Thai person ever He even helped me save money on Taxi by recommending me the Shuttle Bus to the Airport

Nothing serious, I would prefer to have hand soap in the bathroom (there were only shampoo/conditioner and shower gel).

Perfectly clean minimalist aesthetic hotel. Nice comfortable beds, very quiet place. Very friendly hosts that are ready to help. High speed Wi-Fi. I think this is a good option to stay in the old town, very close to main sites and markets.

There's nothing negative to say.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay at Alleyhill before catching my flight the next morning. I was greeted with a big smile and given a very large room with high ceilings and even a small terrace. If you're hungry, you can just grab something from the small kitchen and cook up ready-made pasta dishes - all on the trust basis that you write your name on a little clipboard and then pay when you check out. And it is precisely this trust and hospitality towards the guest that you notice in this hotel and I really liked it.

A very lovely hotel with fantastic owners, so sweet and Caring about you as a guest. The hotel helps you with the bags in the stairs, since there is no elevator, so no need to worry about no elevator as long as you can manage your own weight. They have also lovely garden rooms on the bottom floor. Highly recommend this cute hotel.

The rooms are clean and spacious. You can also rent a motorbike or book a tour. But for me it’s always about people I meet. Safe, the owner of the hotel, greeted me as if I was his own friend. When he realized that I don’t have cash on me upon arrival to pay in local cafes, he borrowed me a 1000 baht and gave me a ride to a nice cafe to make sure I have the best possible experience. This is an outstanding hospitality, strongly recommended!

The only feedback I would give is that the rooms have blue/cool toned lights and it would be much nicer if they were warm! Just a small thing but would really make the room feel a lot more cosy and inviting.

Lovely and clean!! Safety and Nuch are so kind and accommodating. Even when there was a mishap with my laundry, Safety fixed the problem immediately and my clothes came back looking better than new! The women who clean the property are also very sweet and do a great job. There is a complimentary tea and coffee station with lots of snacks to purchase too. Location fantastic, just a short walk into old town. I would definitely stay at Alleyhill again!

The staff were exceptionally nice. They clearly try to go the extra mile. I was visibly disappointed about the lack of a lift, so they insisted on carrying my luggage up stairs for me.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very satisfied. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel is ideally located, close to the city center and all amenities. I highly recommend it!
