The hotel's location is a bit far from the chaweng center, you can't swim in front of the hotel, have to walk 15 minutes

Location. Although not located in the middle of Chaweng, everything is still accessible. The powdery white sand beach front is just a few minutes walk, 7/11, laundry services, pharmacy are just across the street.

the lighting was too dim, so there should be more lamps etc in the room.

We had read alot of reviews about there being mosquitos in the room, so we were a bit wary, but other than a mosquito or 2 which went away as soon as we turned on the air-conditioning there was no issue at all. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the service is great, it is next to a lovely beach (though you have to walk a little bit to the right to swim as it is quite rocky) and the location is great, at walking distance from the the main street but not in the middle of it (if you like your privacy like us). The breakfast was good, service was good, the hotel is beautiful, and we had a very enjoyable stay here.

The rooms furtherest from the sea are quite damp and have many mosquitoes, but the sea front rooms are great! The pool area is quite small but with a little more funding it has great potential.

Has a really nice sustainability approach, looks quite nice but has the potential to be nicer. The staff were very helpful when a pair of shoes were lost. They found them right after we left and brought them to the airport for us.

Pool area could do with some upgrades, better lounges and towels. Some guests reserve lounges very early which makes it difficult to get a spot but that's not the hotels fault.

Nice small hotel which had a lovely walk down to the beach,nice and quiet. Rooms and balconies were great, very tastefully decorated.

The room was quite small with a little space to put suitcases. The breakfast was lacking in choice unless you want to eat eggs. A little on the expensive side for what you get/ quality of the hotel.

The location of the property was good. Bed was comfortable. We were able to check in early one hour early which was good.

There’s no lift so made manoeuvring luggage difficult, but staff were always happy to help. Also the brushed concrete flooring in the rooms would leave belongings dusty.

Great location by the beach and about a 30minute walk from the town centre. Breakfast options were good.

Not the hotels fault, but there are so many mosquitoes and the beach was quite dirty.

We booked 3 nights and stayed 7! This resort was beyond expectations with a great location (far enough from the party, but close enough to go to the city quickly and cheap). Bedding was so compfy, we loved the interior design as well. The pool was great (also for kids), there’s Massage on the beach and in the spa, the breakfast was great and varied and the staff was very friendly and fun.

personal was very nice and tried to cover all our needs including wishes during our stay. breakfast had a lot to offer. you were able to reach nightlife within few minutes and the beach was like in front of the hotel. we even extended our stay 3 times!
