We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Had such a great time staying here! Amazing owners, clean rooms, nice shared living area, free tea & coffee & more. Also the cutest dog. In the perfect area of Ao Nang as it’s away from the busy part of the street but still only 15 mins walk from the beach & loads of nice restaurants & cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend!

United KingdomWe loved this place so much we came back to it again. The lady who lives there and her daughter are very accommodating and friendly. We asked for an extra blanket one night and they sent a driver to come drop one off for us which was very kind. We didn’t find it particularly noisy like other reviews have mentioned.

United StatesIt is a little far from things, so if you want to be right in the action, then get something a little closer. Also, the outdoor bathrooms could use an update, so there aren't as many bugs getting in there while you shower. But honestly, nothing big, I would still totally recommend people to stay here because it ended up being a pleasant stay!
The staff here are very nice and attentive. They make you feel like you are at home. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. Location is near to some cheaper restaurants, and about a 15-20 minute walk down to the beach. They also have the cutest dog.

Arrived late due to a delayed flight but everything was ready for me and the room was quiet and comfortable (I slept really well!) The coffee available in the AM was much appreciated and I enjoyed relaxing in the common/kitchen area. There’s some great value restaurants and food stalls nearby with a 7-11 if you wish to buy your own snacks etc... about 10mins walk from the beach (which I thought was good, as not too busy). The owners are lovely and generous with the most gorgeous pup! Will stay again :)

Ai and her husband are the sweetest people, and their place was perfect for my stay in Ao Nang! The location is close enough to the busy part of Ao Nang with restaurants/bars to take a short walk and enjoy them, but far enough away to get a good night’s sleep.
