No poolside bar or pool service.

Loved the style of the hotel, it was modern and had touches that made it seem more luxury. The modern bathroom and rooms and the excellent balcony pools really gave it the wow factor, we had a room with a sea view which was lovely. The rooftop pool was tranquil and the views were really good - it could have done with a bar area up there or maybe poolside service but overall it was really nice. Breakfast had a good choice but when it was busy you had a bit of a wait and occasionally the wrong order would come, wasn't really a problem as you can order as much as you like! I would def recommend Hotel Adam and would return.

The way breakfast is served. You are given a choice of 10 hot Items to choose from......and thats it. There is a buffet of sorts but only breads cakes salad. Bathroom/toilet/shower are outside and not part of the AC room....its open air

It was walkable to the beach but not too close. I was under the impression that they offered shuttle to the beach, but apparently the shuttle was to the Reeve restaurant only. The bathroom could have had more hooks for towels. One last thing but these is for all hotels - why do they tuck the bed sheets so tightly under the mattress!? 😟

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and kind. They had complementary snacks, fruit and drinks in the room as well as water. They were also very sweet and every night they brought macaroons as a gift. The hotel offered some activities and we took the opportunity to book a kayaking trip with them. The kayaking was excellently organised and such a good value for money compared with every other kayaking experience that was sold around Ao Nang. Big shout out to our guide Sun3. He was so good and patient and kind and it was a pleasure to have him as a guide on the tour. This kayaking tour was one of the highlights of our stay at Hotel Adam in Krabi. The hotel has a pool on the top floor which was a nice chill out area with views over Ao Nang beach and the tourist strip. We had a plunge pool in the room but did not use it. We tried the restaurant one night. The chicken and cashew with rice was ok, but nothing special, the squid in black ink was very chewy and not worth it; the drinks were nice. Big shout out to the ladies at reception. They sorted the block sink quickly.

Everything was great. The only complaint would be the breakfast. It had lots of options to choose from which was great but the few we tried weren’t the best tasting.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with amazing architecture which makes it really stand out. The room is beautiful and new and the hotel facilities are really great. We received excellent service from arrival, with a complimentary drink and cold towel as well as free soft drinks and snacks every time the room was cleaned. The location was great, only a short walk from the ao Nang beach and lots of restaurants/ shops nearby.

Extremely friendly and helpful Staff, cannot thank them enough, very friendly and courteous. When i arrived they sat me down in the lounge and gave me Lemonade and a towel, nice touch! After being away on a tour all day, when i arrived back to my room, one of the staff knocked the door and handed me some complimentary biscuits, another nice touch! The room was large, quiet and comfortable, extremely clean with many nice facility's including my very own swimming pool. The bed was large and clean, I slept very well and i am a light sleeper. The food was good quality and reasonably priced. No complaints here. It is located just a few minutes walk around the corner from the main strip, Its a lot quieter in this area, A good place to rest after a long day. Many places or interest are just a short 10 minute walk away. Overall: Highly recommended and thanks for the amazing experience. I was in Thailand for 3 weeks and this was the best Hotel I stayed in.

Keep it mind that the bathroom is actually outside so no air conditioning there and also could be reached by mosquitos, which might not be the most confortable when you need to go to the bathroom during the night.

We stayed in a room with the private pool, which was awesome. Keep it mind that as the sun does not reach the pool, it is colder than expected but for Thailand hot weather it felt really refreshing. Breakfast was awesome with a la carte options as well as traditional buffet.

Make sure to close the doors to keep in the AC, otherwise it gets warm pretty quick. Location isn't the closest to the beach, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk (or 3 minute tuktuk).

The decor of the place was unique! Having an ensuite pool was the highlight for us, and the public pools were also great for cooling off. Staff was very warm and welcoming.

This was a beautifully designed hotel with amazing staff. The pool in the room was ideal for cooling down from the heat. We also loved the rooftop pool, ideal at sunset. This hotel is great for people who are looking for a more serene experience and not a busy resort atmosphere. The food in the onsite restaurant was also amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was very disappointing. The welcome was poor compared to other hotels in Thailand (no greeting when we arrived at hotel and waited 30 Mins for luggage to be delivered to room). Problems with room service weren’t resolved properly. (Our room wasn’t serviced and we were told it was deprioritised due to being short-staffed). The toilet and shower are connected to the room but outside, so you can get lots of bugs.

Loved the pool in the room. Bed was v comfy. Shower was great. Breakfast was outstanding. View was awesome.
