The sleeper couch wasn’t very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not very good.

Good proximity to Merlin Beach, very kind staff. The shuttle to Jungceylon was very convenient.

The shuttle service to Patong Beach from the hotel is not free. There is no infrastructure in the vicinity of the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned well enough. Breakfasts are monotonous.

The hotel is not bad, but some things need to be improved. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are friendly

Modern bright resort about 15 minutes by car/ transport from Patong bay so in a quieter area but with shuttle bus access. Staff were very helpful and professionally friendly. The resort boasts 2 highly rated (on Tripadvisor) restaurants. Rooms well appointed and in great repair. Good breakfast options at additional cost.

Can’t fault anything!

Quiet… good for those who want to escape big families (good for families too tho) .. great location .. only a cheap taxi ride to the hustle n bustle of patong beach .. then back to relax … staff were excellent .. especially ‘kitchen table’ and and the waitress ‘Nong’ who deserves a raise! Excellent place to stay

The location wasn’t great of you want to keep going into Patong. They do offer a shuttle which you have to pay for and comes back an hour later which isn’t enough time really.

Lovely big room and clean shower room! The whole complex was really nice and there were lots of pools. The staff were really nice and helpful - helped us get to Phi Phi island easily. Especially loved the sunset bar staff! Make sure to follow the beach signs to find a nice secluded beach! Breakfast was great and all covered.

the location. about 5 mins bike ride to patong and paradise beach. 30 - 40 mins ride to other attractions such as big buddha and wat chalong.

The property is beautiful and nice. Room was spacious and a lot of amenities and kitchen utensils provided which was great. The pillow though has an odd smell but im fine with it. lots of choices in terms of tv channels though most of it is in Thai. staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. bike can be rented from the property and cheapest being 250 baht per day. requested for late checkout due to my flight being in the late evening and they permitted it. overall a very comfortable stay.

Room service every 3 days only 2 500ml bottles of water left every 3 days rooms are getting tired, the mattress was flat on one side, fitting have seen better days, kettle didn't work on the first day, but was changed/ repaired taps loose repaired, overall ok but not 4 star

I wanted the rooms on the lower level with pool access but that rooms was not available due to maintenance work on the pool. That was a bit disappointing.

It's a beautiful hotel. If you come to Phuket to rest and you want to spend alot of time in the hotel.

Room 1101 - the aircond in bedroom is non functional at all. But main a/c is enough to keep apartment well cooled. but it is very inconvenient

The property is enough big - one bedroom and living room. For the price is great value. There are 2 balconies in the room - both are equipped with table and chairs Next to the property is wonderful Merlin beach and few restaurants (I liked Sunshine view restaurant especially) The breakfast is also very good. 250 tbh to the Patong beach by taxi

I didn't like how there wasn't any shaded walkway going to my room (4103) and that any GrabFood I ordered had to be picked up at the guardhouse instead of being brought to my room by hotel staff, which led to me walking 10 minutes in the heat under the hot sun. I also didn't like how the hotel staff failed to inform me that the airport-to-hotel transfer was an extra charge (800 baht). I thought it was part of the booking fee, while the hotel-to-airport transfer was an additional service.

Proximity to the place I needed to be at (Marriott), Completeness of room (big bed, big sofa, work desk, kitchen with plates, utensils, microwave), and a cool A/C. Very comfy setup! And the shower was quite strong with lots of water and a fast heater.

The bed was HARD! Whilst the staff was great and ready to be of service, bad furniture is not something you can ask for help right? In two nights, my back hurt. The restaurant food and drinks were overpriced, it was cheaper to eat and drink at the 5 star Marriot next door. The location is out of the way from anything and everything, you need a taxi or use their shuttle when available to get anywhere.

It’s clean, the rooms and balconies are big and the staff was very helpful.

Water slide on the pictures did not exist any longer. We felt fooled as that was one of the reasons for booking and pictures are still there but no water slide

No hot water, had to ask to get it fixed Second day AC not working had to call for assistance The room was old and not very well maintained More wet and dry amenities should have been provided for the price payed Value for money definitely not there

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Except on the last day when I got asked to wait before departure as they had to inspect the room. That was pointless as there was no mini bar or other charges

Resort is isolated, too far out off Patong need a taxi to get in and out. Shuttle doesn't run often enough. No local 7/11 it's quite a walk up the road, no little local shops. There are some nice restaurants but not much else in the area.

Nice resort, love all of the staff, they go out of their way and are extremely friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

The room wasn't 100% clean when we checked in. We travelled with an infant so obviously she would mess the room here and there. There was a stain on the sofa from the first night that was still there when we checked out. There was pieces of food on the mat from the first night to when we checked out. Wasn't impressed at all . The linen was dirty too when we checked in.

it is a bit far away from the Patong beach but there is a free shuttle from the hotel 3 times per day. No shopping opportunities in the area, the minimarket next to the hotel is closed.

The floor is dirty, even after the cleaning and our request to wash it. No kitchenware in the kitchen for cooking, just a couple of small pots. No washing machine in the room, also the laundry is not working in the hotel. The staff at the reception was quite unfriendly.

The apartment was quite big.
