Rooms looking a little dated these days. Clothes hanging / storage a little lacking.

Staff very friendly. Nice location. Still, reasonable value for money.

There policy on how they handle returning deposits on your CC. They took 3000 THB which was ok but It was never explained to me at check-in that they would hold onto the deposit up to 14 days after checking out, and I still had to pay an additional 3,307 Thb for laundry instead of them using the deposit. They even tried to charge me for an unopened bottle of water (which is complimentary) which had frozen and cracked in the fridge. Its not the price which was 40THB, its the principle

The room(3604) was very spacious with a comfortable bed, largish balcony with a nice view

The breakfast is disappointing and I would have wished for a chance to unselect a breakfast option. The situation of the small pool makes your swim very public to the street and everyone going in and out of the hotel. That is not very inviting.

Nicely arranged suite offering a comfortable stay! Situated right at Pattaya Beach Rd., it is also close to the lively part of the city and conveniently close to shopping centers, e.g. Terminal 21.

    Noted above

Location, nice sized clean rooms, the gym is great.. Breakfast buffet has slipped since after Covid, used to be much better.. Just not a great values money wise now, the prices are about the same as in America now.. I realize it’s huge season and prices are up.. The one thing I do not like is the deposit demanded at check in.. I am based out of the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, we have all enjoyed our stays over the years at the A-One properties, and hopefully will continue to do so..

The entrance is hard to find. The room was worn and needs maintenance. The breakfast buffet is mediocre quality. The pool and other facilities are actually in the building across the street.

    1. Very little available parking. 2. Also, there was a failure to follow up on my request to fix the sputtering, irregular shower water flow. A simple adjustment, i.e. cleaning the jets in the showerhead by their inhouse maintenance man or simply replacing the shower head could have fixed this small problem in thirty minutes or less.

Overall, quite alright - except for the two items below,

A non response to my one minor complaint - to clean out the shower head jets for a continuous smooth water stream, rather than the irregular 'spritzers' mixed with an intermittend cold water splatter, via apparently partially clogged shower jets, as well as a the malfunctioning diverter from the regular showerhead to the 'rain-shower' head from the ceiling.

All went well, with ine exception - see below

need to close the toilet door to open fridge. Water basin circumference too wide, mouth wash water easily spilled out on the sides. Carpark is limited.

There was a renovation of the pool area which I understand has to be done at sometime, however this information would have been good to know before my arrival. maybe a breakfast upgrade or room upgrade would have made it easier to take.

The location is great, close to the beach as well as bars, restaurants, shopping. Staff were polite.

I did not use any of the restaurants. The swimming pool could not be used because of construction work. A few days of loud noise due to unannounced construction work at the pool. TV channels are not interesting/useful enough for the 2 TV's to be in the room at all. The 60" TV in the thin shaped living room is only one meter from the sofa. Nobody can watch TV like that. Very bad room design.

The bed was great, the location was great because it is close to the beach and baht-bus route to the center. The shower was good.

Several problems were apparent when we arrived. 1.A glass roof was being constructed over the pool terrace and the area was very dirty. The work was being done for a couple of hours a day and then stopped. We requested that the pool be reopened and the area cleaned.Management did that 5 days later and the pool was then used by many.We had been at the hotel already 8 days. Hotel management had offered the use of the pool in their very large sister hotel ,The Royal Cruise but this hotel is currently catering to large tour groups and is just the opposite of what we booked. 2.The coaches loading or waiting to load in the Royal Cruise Hotel were allowed to keep their engines running causing noise and fumes. There were often lines of 4 or 5 coaches concerned. This was not occurring when we stayed the first time. The Beach Resort is built in a sort of semi-circle and all rooms are affected by the noise and fumes. 3.There is what appears to be an extraction duct on too of the Royal Cruise Hotel.Visually it looks as if the end ( which would direct noise upwards ) is missing. The result is more noise directed towards the Beach Resort Hotel. The noise stopped every evening at 11pm.

This is our second stay. The location is perfect ,wonderful sea view ,lovely balconies and the rooms are excellent.Human sized.Staff are friendly.

Breakfast - definitely caters for the Asian residents, very limited options for Western guests. Dining - serving 4 hotels in one very large dining facility, makes for a disaster, felt like a "cattle market' at times. The information provided on the website and Booking.com needs to reflect this Swimming Pools/Bathing - the pictures provided of the pools are exceptionally misleading. There were '3' pools (if you can call them pools) available across 4 hotels. The ones at A One Pattaya Beach and A One Star are very small with very limited beds and sun bathing. The one at A One Royal Cruise is part of Fat Cocos, again very limited bathing options though the pool is bigger but caters for children and fun! The website says 2 massive pools !!!! Thankfully the beach was within a very short walk😁 Unmanned reception after 5pm, which means anyone can get in unnoticed or guests can have 'visitors' without paying or being questioned.

Rooms were very big, comfortable and lovely sea views, room facilities were excellent. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Location was ideal for us. Overall Facilities the best thing was the gym

The staff is very strict about their checkin time. The staff is helpful but no staff stays in the hotel after 8:00 pm, so if you need any help from them you will be disappointed. You will have to go to the next hotel to ask for even extra water bottles at night. For breakfast you will have to go to the next building.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are quite big. They have a great buffet breakfast. The rooms had an attached balcony from where you can see the Pattaya Beach. This location is superb because it's right on the Pattaya Beach road which is very near to all the restaurants and main areas. You easily get Bike taxis and tuk tuk in walking distance.
