You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceStarting with check-in. I already knew that hotel asks for 1000 baht deposit. But keep in mind that most of the people arrive directly from the airport. And you can't pay the deposit by card. So I asked them to show me to the room so I can take a shower (after 16 hours flights) and then go exchange money and give the deposit. I was declined. I was told to go exchange money and then they would give me the room. My booking was for 21 days... This was a very bad first experience. The second part was cleaning. Not that the cleaner didn't do a good job. When the room was cleaned it was very well cleaned. But unless I am mistaken, they had 1 or 2 cleaning people for over 70 rooms. Which meant that sometimes I left the room at 11am and by 4 or 5 pm the room was still not cleaned. Which created issues with my schedule as after going to the pool or the beach and having lunch, I wanted to take an afternoon nap which was always interrupted so they can clean my room. Last thing, and thats a personal preference, while the room was big there was not even a small table. So if you wanted to sit in room, there was place to put some food or drinks or something like that.
The rooms were big. The best was also big but hard in my opinon. The pool was amazing. Especially when not a lot of people where there, it was a really pleasant experience. Used it several times and i can definitely say this is the highlight of the hotel. The hotel is very good if you can find some good offer for the rooms but in my opinion it is not worth it for the full price.
