We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade from a standard double to a bungalow which was so spacious, great aircon, fridge, kettle and bathroom facilities. Room was super clean. Staff were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

SpainIt may be a bit expensive for the quality of the room (I had wet toilet in the standard double), but I guess it is good value compared with other prices in Koh Samui
I had a very relaxing stay, the resort is in a very chill area of Lamai beach. Beach is stunning, and the pool and other facilities are also quite nice. The staff was friendly and helped arrange anything I needed, such as taxi or motorbike rental. They allowed me to check out late, which is very appreciated

United StatesNothing. We had a problem with a bathroom doorknob and they immediately moved us to another room So they could fix the problem and ensure we had the best service and amenities.
Stunning beachside location with free stand up paddleboard (SUP) and kayak to use. Fabulous bar and restaurant. Best staff for everything: check in, restaurant, room cleaning staff, local needs. Cheerful, helpful and wonderful employees - it felt like a family how well everyone treated each other and guests.

IrelandThe pool was smaller than expected. The beachfront rooms don't have blackout curtains, so you're woken early by sunrise. Housekeeping was a bit slow (room often not completed until after 4 pm) - however if you need new beach towels, they'll gladly give you some before they've made up your room. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the sea can be quite rough at times. There's a steep drop once you're in the water, and lots of huge rocks (we all cut our feet). If you've smaller kids, you'll have to hold them whilst they're in the sea, and I'd recommend getting them swimming shoes.
We stayed as a family (2 adults, 17, 8 and 6) in 2 rooms. Standard and Triple. Our family room was light, clean and spacious. We also stayed in an upper beachfront room for 4 nights, which was lovely (you can hear the waves). The beach is right in front of the property with sunbeds. It's in a quiet spot and short walk to Grandfather/Grandmother Rock. Restaurant staff friendly. Less than 5 min walk to 7 Eleven and other shops.

You cannot fault the location of the property. The beach is also wonderful. The restaurant has a wonderful setting looking over the water. Food is average but convenient. They make great cocktails.

AustraliaAircon noise was very loud. The smell of drains in the bathroom became worse and worse throughout the stay. The sun loungers were all broken they could do with investing in some new ones this would have upgraded our stay.
Lovely big rooms. We got upgraded to the sea view room which had access straight to the pool. This made our stay we were very thankful. The aircon worked well the room stayed nice and cold The beach is gorgeous with loads of nice restaurants close by. The water was so clear and calm. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was average but nice staff. Would recommend staying here for a nice budget hotel.
