The drain in my bathroom was quite a problem. Generally a great stay but I don't quite understand why we were arranged furthest rooms from the beach while we booked way in advance. Also, we believed we paid the same amount of money with many other garden-view rooms, as the resort only have a small number of sea-view rooms. We also noticed so many other unoccupied rooms when we arrived and settled. Probably priority is for the white?

The beach is absolutely a great beauty! Great location with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Everything around opens around noon so you may consider having breakfast served at the location.

I loved to be almost on the beach, the accès is amazing, and Lamai is the best beach in Koh Samui even with low tides. The hotel offers for free kayak and stand up paddle, amazing! I took the room with access to the swimming and I don't regret, except for the light in the morning. Despite this everything was good, the breakfast in the morning is ok, the AC works well . The transfer to the airport is 600bath for the movement, we requested it in the reception, it arrived on time in a very nice car. I also lost the key of the room and they even didn't charged me. The small center of Lamai is 20' by walking, you can also do it by walking in the beach. Last, the bed and pillows are so comfortable!

The beds were very hard. Took a few nights to get used to them. Didn’t like the shower set up, with it being bolted to the wall between the toilet and vanity. Vanity, toilet etc. Everything gets wet when you shower as there is no designated shower stall. Water pressure is very slow.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean. Lovely location being right on the beach. Nice grounds and gardens. Free use of paddle boards and other water sport equipment. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

The reception staff were always rude and unhelpful. The reception is meant to be open until 8pm but at 7:30 they had left and we needed help with an issue. We received better help from the hotel next door who made two calls for us. Also some of the sun loungers are broken and could do with being replaced. And we would’ve appreciated a mosquito net because there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The location and the pool are great. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were well cleaned every day. We received free bottled water each day. The restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful. The food, ice cream and cocktails were all delicious.

We absolutely loved the beach that is right outside this resort, the restaurant was delicious and well priced and the smoothies were very good. There are also hotel guest only loungers on the beach to lay out in the sun. The staff were also very lovely.

We visited other beaches on the island but this one was cleanest and nicest of all! Accommodation was also clean, neat so we extended our stay twice and stayed only here while on Koh Samui. Great massages from hotel therapists. We could definitely come back.

Great location, very quiet, surrounded by green, private beach and sun beds always available. Stuff is friendly and helpful. There is a motorbike rental services at the hotel which is super convenient. Also perfect mornings with sea view apartments, highly recommend it!

Everything was exceptional.

We are traveligh through Thailand and I must say 4U resort was the best experience we ever had. We booked it very spontaneously in a few minutes because we loved the pool with a sea view, and the price-performance ratio was top! I recommend paying a little extra for a sea view room, which is one of the highlights of this trip. But the best thing about this place is the people. In 10 days, we made friends here, whether it was with the waiters, masseuses, or other guests. The beach was also perfect, honestly the best we found on Koh samui, it was also very quite and calm with just a few people. At last but not least, it was a very pleasant place to work. A big THANK YOU. We’re moving on, but it certainly won’t be the last time here.

Only thing we would raise is only around 5-6 sunbeds on the pool deck and they get taken all day by the guests in the ocean view rooms- could perhaps add some more for guests who don’t wish to be on the beach everyday.

We had a great stay at 4U Resort- access to Lamai beach and lots of Sunbeds for Hotel guests to use. The restaurant serves good food and is priced reasonably.
