Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was great also and the rooms were nice, although our room was in need of a little upgrade, there were dents in the wall and the bed was a little uncomfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel location is in a quiet area, but not far from Khaosan road. The bus from and to the airport is around 10 mins walking. The stuff was very kind and helpful. We struggled with switching off the AC and called the reception after midnight, they sent a guy to check on it and help us. The variety of food for breakfast wasn't big but enough for a light breakfast. We could have fresh fruits, vegetables, fried eggs, noodles or rice, pancakes and drinks. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a nice view which is a plus.

ThailandReally only downside is the pool is shared with the neighboring hotel, which is OK it’s small and can get crowded very quickly. Also, the breakfast is not worth the purchase. You would do better getting breakfast at a neighboring restaurant and or one of the locals street food.
Love this place, and this is my second time staying at this hotel. Everyone is super nice, the room and the decor is super cute, the area has great restaurants, washing services, massage, and of course, the great 7-Eleven.

United Arab EmiratesI booked almost the best and biggest room. The facilities were not up to a standard 4-Star hotel. I think they should avail more facilities in the room. There was no proper desktop to work and the chair for the table beneath the TV was a very simple hard iron chair. Washroom fixtures were not working properly. Facilities were old in general and needs to be maintenanced.
Staff were amazing and cooperative. Location is fine. Out the crowd and a block away from many restaurants and cafes.

ItalyHowever, there are two notable downsides to my stay. The door to my room did not isolate sound well, which meant I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms quite clearly. This lack of soundproofing affected the overall tranquility of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered by the hotel was quite disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality was not up to the standard I expected. If breakfast is an important part of your stay, you might want to consider dining elsewhere.
I recently stayed at the 4 Monkeys Hotel and overall, I had a positive experience, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. Firstly, the hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Despite these issues, the overall experience at 4 Monkeys Hotel was good. The comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location make it a decent choice for accommodation. Just be prepared for some noise and consider other options for breakfast.

GermanyThe rooftop bar is actually quite nice but only open from 5 to 11 pm and unfortunately the drinks and dishes are a bit overpriced for this standard of hotel. The location is great to go around Khaosan area and Phra Nakon but if you need to get to the MRT or BTS train, you will need to take a taxi, grab or Tuk-tuk.
Great simple hotel with good location. We stayed a week. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but had a few choices (Thai dishes, salad, fruits, bread and jam) and definitely was good enough for us to start the day. The hotel across the small street belongs to the same owner, so their pool can be used.

ItalyWe were unlucky with the room position - had a roof view. The room was also not quiet - could hear people talking from other rooms and the pipes were a bit loud. The shower could also do with some maintenance, the pressure was hit and miss. Nothing terrible, considering the price ratio.
The staff was very welcoming and professional, the facilities were fine. The room seemed to be cleaned.
