Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomFor us, the location wasn't ideal. If you want to spend lots of time around Khao San road it is good, but transport to other parts of Bangkok is pretty limited. Would be helpful for hotel to provide a bit more information about things to do

ItalyWe were unlucky with the room position - had a roof view. The room was also not quiet - could hear people talking from other rooms and the pipes were a bit loud. The shower could also do with some maintenance, the pressure was hit and miss. Nothing terrible, considering the price ratio.
The staff was very welcoming and professional, the facilities were fine. The room seemed to be cleaned.

The hotel has a good central location, the rooms are well air conditioned and have cool designs. All the staff were welcoming friendly and ready to assist with any inquires. Rooftop bar was a nice addition as well as the use of the pool with the sister hotel across the road.

However it's also quite high north from other attractions so be mindful of what You want to see in Bangkok. The staff was very supportive with all our needs. AustraliaThe air-conditioner, while very effective, was quite noisy at night. Not the air conditioner vent air noise, so much as the motor that powered it in the background. I was on the 5th floor, so maybe I was closer to the motor than I might otherwise have been, but the repetitive stop and start cycle, made it difficult to sleep at night. Even with ear plugs I was still able to hear the motor.

United KingdomAir con was really bad even despite getting a member of staff out to look at it so barely slept for 2 nights as it was so warm. Our friends got moved to the hotel across the road (which was disappointing as we wanted to be together) and we were told we weren't allowed to eat breakfast with them despite saying we would pay for it which I thought was really strange. Overall dont think I would recommend.
