We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Just needed a bed to crash in after the full moon party. It was clean and comfy - AC worked great. very close to party but far enough that the music wont keep you up

The one good thing about this property is its location. You are a 5 minute walk from the full moon party on Haadrin Beach. (Staff were nice)

United KingdomEspecially during Full moon party, the price of the hostel is a lot more (5 times the price) of what I am used to paying in Thailand. The beds are clean and comfortable, bathrooms disappointing. Shower wasn’t strong enough to clean off the paint from the full moon!

The owner lady was soooo nice!your right in the village but your rooms are quiet as they back up on the mat. Jungle. I liked it! I thought it was clean amd I really loved the lady running it. She also is a travel agent so made arrangements for me to travel by bus to Bangkok from koh Phagnang and it was super nice bed, express bus but best bang for my buck I feel!

United KingdomThe price is inflated and its a right hovel, but we dud know this beforehand as the reviews and pictures are honest. I wouldn't stay here unless you really had to (which was our case). There were cockroaches, stained sheets, and it turned out the keys for the doors opened the keys to every room which was a bit unsettling. We knew we wouldn't be in the room much it was just a place to store bags and when we realised this we panicked a little. They have lockers but they've all been dented and a lot have previously been pried open so not a good place to put your possessions. I would only recommend staying here for 1 night and only if there's no other option and you're going to be out most of the night anyway.
