We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe rooms are far from the dining area, also the passageways are dull and dimly lit...not too bad, but it gets a bit creepy at night if you walking back to your room. The rooms are very expensive for a 4 star hotel
Breakfast buffet was well packed and very presentable. The staff are the epitome of excellence, they are superb. The fine dining restaurant has lovely food at reasonable prices and the service is that of 5-star hotels. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
