I typically do not write reviews but this was a must - Some of the staff were extremely rude - I traveled with my spouse and my extended family, total 6 people ( 4 adults + 2 toddlers) to celebrate my husband and I’s graduation for a week. We went to Palms grill for lunch the waitress looked bothered, she just looked at us and said go to the buffet, I can’t sit 6 people, meanwhile I am starting at a table of 10 people. My sister-in-law tried - I ate something from the buffet for breakfast that upsets that stomach, I spent the day in bed cause I could not hold anything down. At 10 PM ish I was so hungry I told my spouse to get me a snack from the restaurant he was already dining at, management refused. I called the front desk asking to ask them to speak the supervisor on duty to make an exception, they refused. I had to be on the phone for at least 1 hour of back and forth before they finally decided to give him the green light to do so. - Have more entertainment at night, not just karaoke - Have more food options for breakfast - Have a better DJ, as a fellow Caribbean myself, I was expecting more from the DJ, he was putting me to sleep most days. Play some hot soca, reggae-ton, dancehall, kompa or Afrobreats.

- Property was close to the airport (15 min walk), locals bus takes you to the airport for $2 - Rooms were big and spacious - Property was beautiful, the beach was beautiful as well - We like the Pizza place “ Lucas” was great, the veggie pizza is a must, try it! - We liked learning the dollar dance from Caribbean night. - we were served drinks by the beach which was great because it was HOT - Take plenty of pictures as the planes land

TV channel not a lot of choices (not even US or France) and no Chromecast, the breakfast was not good quality and staff seems to be taking care more of groups or couple. I alone, did not feel very welcomed on my arrival at breakfast. The fact that the swimming pool close at 8:00pm is unfortunate.

I only stayed here for one night but it was a special occasion for me. The room was very nice and big. Very positive point over the view (upgraded) that I really appreciated on the balcony. The reception staff was very welcoming. Italien restaurant was very nice for dinner, my waiter was amazing and mindful and the sound of the waves near the table was enjoyable. Thanks again

The entertainment could do with a little more excitement. Our AC unit at night wasn't fully functioning, but sufficient.

The staff were so engaging and willing to help. They were very friendly and professional. The food was fantastic and tasty, with the dinner variety changing every night.

Ac didn't work in our room, 3 different attempts to fix it before we finally got to move, the new room Ac worked great but constantly was dripping water from unit onto the floor which we had to place towels down But besides this, we will definitely be back & would recommend this resort

My stay in St. Maarten was a dream come true. As a aviation lover, this hotel was a choice number one. I appreciated all inclusive option, you can visit several a la carte restaurants or buffet. The place is located just a few minutes from SXM airport and has much to offer including with the view to Maho Beach with the famous aircraft landing. Don’t worry about the noice, you will love the planes and there is no traffic at nights. Hotel staff also made my stay special, thank you for that. I will be back.

I’ve been here a few times now so I’m very familiar with the property however this time around I was a bit disappointed I feel like the property needs to update the zone iIf the room… if I’m paying for a pool view that’s what’s expected not a view of the tree… either cut down the trees are rezone to make sure you have enough pool view to accommodate guys request. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable maybe a new topper is needed idk but I do feel like the hotel needs a much needed upgraded I understand that this one of the busiest hotel on the island but if they want to keep their gust happy there is a lot of upgrade that needs to take place especially the main pool… one thing I’m happy about is the food. I’m glad they are incorporating more Caribbean option into the menu that was an excellent, the entertainment is always a plus and the pool bar is always phenomenal, overall I enjoyed my stay as always but I think there’s a little facelift that needs to take place to make the hotel the spectacular hotel I know it’s capable of being

The beach was small .

The buffet was just average. The staff was very friendly. But there was hardly any beach to speak off. You can rent a car and drive to many very good beaches. Orient Bay on the French side.

The rooms are very dated, not clean properly, to the point I was grateful to have lysol wipes with me to desinfect the bathroom. The matresses are extremely old and the pilllows. Godness, literally breaking apart. However, we focused on the activities and ambiance outside the room and had a great time. The personnel is outstanding. The food is good for an all inclusive. Not beach on property per se but a one minute walk away, no chairs and is a public beach. Beach is nice but a bit choppy for little kids. Overall a good stay, specially after coming from the JW Marriott on Oyster Bay which was a beautiful and impecable hotel, but boring as hell, with zero activities.

It was frustrating trying to get a seat at the pool or the beach, particularly given some guests opted to game the half hour towel policy which was not enforced. This encouraged many people to get up early and place towels/rocks reserving seats then go to breakfast for over an hour which advantages this behaviour over other paying guests who sought to follow the rules. Would be good for more variety/changeup in the menus.

Cool location with awesome view of nearby Maho beach and the planes. The pool and mc were fantastic and a great place to relax (if you can get a seat). Nice cocktails and bartenders. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great view, particularly at sunset.

Breakfast restaurant is sometimes crowded and looks small as compared to the size of the hotel. Although we were at the beach and not at the pool, so we were not concerned, but lots of guests booked sunbeds with towels. Evening entertainment programs would be welcoming in the hotel.

Perfect location, tasty foods, shake of fresh fruits at breakfast, separately caffee shop, right next to Maho Beach and very close to Mullet Bay, extra experience to watch and hear the landing and taking-off of airplanes. Level of hygiene is very high, cleaning staff is continuously sanitizing. Overall a great hotel and Sint Maarten / Saint Martin is beautiful.

I was told I'd have a bottle of champagne sent to my room for my birthday. That didn't happen. I had to go search for it. A young lady finally gave it to me. I thought I'd have a view of the ocean, but you see what was available in the picture.

The grounds are pretty and comfy. The pool staff was lots of fun and pleasant. Cooking on the hot rock was memorable and so was the staff there. Gypsy from the spa was amazing. I would definitely return. I don't know for I gave a 7... the resort deserves at least an 8.

We had to fight for a beach chair/beach space everyday which was a little frustrating. The gym could use an upgrade.

The majority of the staff were extremely pleasant and eager to help/please guests. The food choices and quality was good overall. The unique location close to the airport, watching planes at close range was a cool experience. The spa services were great. Staff serviced our room whenever asked.

The food was very far away and not available at certain times; I thought we would have food options even at odd hours.

We arrived during the afternoon when no food was available, and then again, after midnight, when leaving the casino, no food was available.
