For the host, it is important what time you are to check-in. We had some issues with car and didn't know what time exactly we would arrive and that was problem. But in everything else, she was kind and helpful. There were a lot of mosquitos around the villa but there were anti-mosquito devices in the room and we had spray

The room was big and clean. There was also a small kitchen. Parking is on the teritory of the villa. There is beautiful view on San Marino from villa.

A spotlessly clean, well equipped home with beautiful views across the valley. Emma is very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had no problem finding the place during the daylight hours but at night our gps and google maps frequently let us down. I would imagine that parking may be a challenge during the busy season but all in all this is a lovely place to stay

Emmas home is very beautiful! The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean and you have a beautiful view from the terrace towards the historical center. Homemade breakfast is included. Due to a language missunderstanding unfortunately it was not clear for Emma that we would arrive very late for check in and unfortunately, when making the reservation, we didn´t see the usual check in times. So there was a bit of confusion in the beginning but anyway, Emma waited for us to welcome us, even late. Thank you very much for you hospitality!

The location has no restaurants for dinner. You have to drive about 5 minutes to get dinner.

The facility was nice, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast for the 2 days I was there. The staff was friendly, she woke up at 7am twice to make breakfast which was normally at 8-9am because I had to leave early.

My friend and I stayed at Villa Emma for a little more than a week and we loved every part of it. The breakfast was delicious, the view was breathtaking and the room was cozy and clean. We often spent time at Villa Emma during the day due to it being such a homely and relaxing atmosphere. Emma and her staff are amazing. Although we didn't speak the same languages the communication still went well and we had small chats from time to time. She made it a wonderful and memorable stay which we'll never forget; if we ever get the chance, we're coming back! :)

Emma and her Staff were fabulous! Her breakfasts were the best we have had in Italy in our 6 week journey. We promise we will return next Spring!

Friendly,quiet,spacious and safe for our bikes. 2 gorgeous dogs and a huge breakfast with lots of coffee. Cycled back roads all the way up to the old town

Staff could write the WiFi password somewhere for guests. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say it's amazing like other guests wrote. We were not unhappy with it, to be clear. Not a fault of the accommodation but the valley setup of San Marino makes it surprisingly loud. One hears motorcycles and cars even though it feels like one shouldn't because one is in the countryside.

Kind staff checking us in. Everything was clean. Good price. Parking was easy. Nice view. Spacious bathroom. Good WiFi.

The bed 🛌

Emma was a fantastic host. She made us feel very welcome despite our lack of italian. She went above and beyond in providing gluten free breakfast for me. We spent a lot of time enjoying the incredible view from the Terrace. We got GF pizza from the Royal at the shopping centre down the road. Everything was very clean and well looked after. Emma also gave us information and some cards to enjoy the tourist sites in San Marino.
