Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaBratislava recently increased city tax to 3E per person per night, almost 100% increase from 2022.
A nice, modern apartment in Petržalka suited our needs perfectly. It is not far from the city center and a reserved free parking place was perfect for our needs. Kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge and freezer, stove, coffee maker etc. There is also a washing machine. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Having had good weather the terrace was a great place for breakfast, and we enjoyed it fully. The location is not central, but it is very easy to get there (7min walk to tram station - no3 takes you to the city center in just 3 stops, and it goes every 5 minutes)

LatviaGreat little studio for a couple, or a solo traveler, located in the high rise building district of Bratislava, about a 25min walk away from the old town. Easily accessible with public transport, close to grocery shops and the studio itself was fully stocked with basic necessities.

Availability of the owner, he was in contact every time asked about anything; free welcome drink; some bar options, like pizza and snacks for separate payment, but with fair price. Clean renovated apartments with everything you need for 1-2 days staying.

AustriaThe apartment complex (outside) does not look very appealing to be honest. It was a little scary in the night because of the lack of street light outside. But everything is safe inside. One suggestion- a trash can for the bathroom would be a good idea.
It was a small studio apartment not so far from the city (not exactly in the city centre), with free parking. You would get all basic necessities needed for a short vacation here like the toiletries, towels, coffee, tea, hair dryer etc. There was also a complementary Prosecco from the owner. A mini bar is also available for a small fee ( chips, frozen pizza etc) The communication with the owner was efficient despite him not being onsite. We also requested for a late checkout and the owner agreed to it.

We were honestly skeptical when we first saw the building from outside but it all vanished when we entered the room. The place was clean and neatly done to the last detail. It was exactly as mentioned with everything you need provided. Lukas was very attentative and helpful to the smallest detail.

Everything was great. Communication was good. We came to appartment after check-in hours, but owners found solution. There was everything what you can need in appartment. Was welcome shampagne, free coffe, tea, sugar and so on. All kitchen stuff. Appartment is easy to reach from airport with straight public bus.
