The ski room is a little bit small, if the hotel is full, there are not enough free space for skies.

I had to close the windows during night because some people went outside to smoke directly under our windows and the smoke went right into our room. The restaurant area is pretty small. Sometimes you have nowhere to sit during breakfast because there's so many people. Some people had nowhere to park, there were so many cars.

The breakfast and dinner were really tasty. Rooms were really clean, and the bathroom design was excellent. Beds were really comfy.

The room was nice, it is fully renovated. The location is great. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was quite clean. We had dinner in the hotel and that was quite good as well. Wellness should be prebooked. Maximum occupancy is 6 person for extra fee of 10 euro per person.

We had a teapot in the room, but not tea bags, that would have been nice. Also it would be a huge plus if the water carafe was supplemented every day (it is just the water that doesnt cost much). The spa wellness centre could have been more spacious, but more importantly - I would suggest to adapt jacuzzi lights and functions so the bubbles do not run out after 10-15 minutes and also more hotter water for jacuzzi.

The place was in the amazing location, right by the slope and ski lift. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cute, although not very spacious. We had a nice balcony. The hotel had a very small spa wellness centre suitable for 4 people. We had a water carafe filled with water as welcome drink. A hotel has a snowboarding/ski equipment room. The room was cleaned every day.

The weather!

Our stay was like a fairy tail, but a fairy tail for food lovers, live music enjoyers and curious travelers. Me and my partner have never enjoyed European food in our lives before as much as we did at this small cozy hotel’s restaurant. Each day, we tried something new and we were always surprised how good it can get (the pancakes made the whole meal complete as well, especially with their homemade blueberry jam). All the people there had their own character and they were never shy to talk to us and were always open for a conversation. Since it is a family business, we got to experience it first hand on new years eve. There was a small concert with live music presented by Peter Juhas (add him on spotify) and we got a glimpse of how Slovakian people enjoy each others company and their own culture. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay at. Jasna is surrounded with many many hotels, but I am certain that we stayed at the best one.

Very small room, perhaps it's common in Jasna.

Quiet and clean rooms. Excellent sauna which we enjoyed, even though the jacuzzi did not work the day we were there.
