The extremely overpriced coffee they served was the worst coffee I have tasted EVER. Sorry, it is true and you should avoid that burnt pile of coal.

Overall, it was a nice experience with cozy accommodation, nice staff and good location. A bit pricy, but during the holiday season it was understandable.

The fridge would come on very loud at night and the room temperature was too hot, not possible to adjust.

We have very much liked the location and style of the hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The well ness centre was also great. Loved having designated parking space and table for breakfast and dinner.

Souna and the swimming pool extra paid. Dinner could be better with some extra veggies. Moreover, beverages for dinner are also paid for.

This hotel is awesome – right across from the ski lift, super cozy, warm, and comfy. They've got parking, and the breakfasts and dinners are not only tasty but also filling. The sauna is small, but it's got everything you need. The girls there are super friendly, always ready to guide, help, and give advice. Huge shoutout to Simona for making our stay so comfortable. I'm definitely hoping to come back❤️

I think the mattress were worn a little bit in our bed.

We really liked the staff they were kind and helpful. The interior design of the house is awesome especially at the bar/dining hall. The location is also perfect. The nature is really close. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and fresh.

It's important to note that the hotel is far from the bus station (close to the cable car) and because there aren't many taxis around, you should rent a car. The bed wasn't comfortable

We arrived for four days. The hotel employees are dedicated, took care of us personally, and made sure we didn't miss anything. They responded to every of our request. The hotel has a relaxing pool and spa.

I would have preferred a better, more supporting mattress, though, but this was really the only issue we had.

Cottage was lovely - the breakfast was exceptional and the room was really nice and big. Loved the spa, too - many saunas to choose from, and a lovely outside area to spend time at.

The Staff was AMAZING !!!!! She picked us up at their train station. Spoke very good English. We chose half board which includes breakfast and supper. Both were excellent. We would definitely go back

Despite the dinner taste nice, especially national food, there could be bigger choice of meals. I wish they would have a proper Dinner menu card with pictures. It was hard to explain to children what it is from little dinner form to tick given that day on breakfast. E.g. first day I've ordered a chicken kebab, but it was nothing like kebab we know in England. Bit disappointed, but pictures would help to pick a meal. Only three meals to choose from plus pizza wich was nice. Duplex suite was exceptional, but still space for improvements. E.g. mattresses wasn't comfortable. I'm 80kg and I was sinking. Very loud bar fridge, I had to turned it off. Dust on beams, unreachable for cleaners, but should find a solution how to clean it more often. Too dark in the walk in wardrobe. A few bulbs missing in living area.

Great location, just cross the road, through the car park to the slopes. Staff was very nice and helpful, helped me with every request. Room was exceptional, we've stayed in Duplex suite. Very cosy, roomy with beautiful view on mountains.

Beautiful log cottage conveniently located near trails and the cable car. Very comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast, all at a very reasonable price. The spa was also excellent (although not included in the price of the room) - we would highly recommend! We will definitely come to stay here again

The room could use a few extra touches, one of the mattresses was really hard, not enough electrical outlets, no bed lamps for the single beds, no window blinds, some days it was cleaned, others only partially. The "breakfast staff" could smile more :-).

Location is very convenient. We stayed in the family room. The room was spacious and it looked as in the photos. Breakfasts were nice and generous. The front desk ladies were helpful. The spa area looked inviting but we did not use it.

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy so this is more for feedback for the hotel than complaints. Unfortunately at the moment a hotel is being built opposite so it was noisy all day and view of mountains from the balcony marred by cranes. Some minor maintenance issues (bulbs not working, curtain rod fell down, shower door leaked, speakers not connected). Breakfast had the bonus of a small menu of hot food (not expected) but you were limited to one coffee and there were no 'sweets' left on either morning we were there. We used the wellness centre on the first day and over all it was good but the infrared sauna was not functioning properly and when I informed the staff no solution was attempted.

Lovely wooden rooms and architecture. Very interesting furniture and decorations. Combination of quirky British and Slovak culture throughout which was perfect for us as an English/Slovak couple. Decent breakfast. Close to good walks. Generally friendly staff - Lenka was very helpful. Prepared an extra romantic decoration and fruit bowl for anniversary (requested). Lovely bathroom and special shower. Wellness centre in basement had a nice swimming pool and saunas. So, really good accommodation overall.

One of the wardrobes received from the hotel had a hole at the back. The bathroom is not soundproofed. As it is a wooden construction, footsteps can be heard from other floors.

Wellness was very nice, especially since there were not so many people. Big rooms with balcony and nice view. Possibility to have a drink at the bar or on their terrace. Quick access to telecabins to go up to the mountains.
