Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was big, with airco which was excellent because of the weather. 30 plus degrees. The bathroom is also spacy and has everything you need.

SlovakiaA lady who cleaned our room forgot to refill coffee, sugar and some staff in the bathroom. We paid for technology deluxe room with a proper coffee machine but what for is the coffee machine without a coffee?
We liked the room facility especially the data show projector and coffee machine. The breakfast was good, plenty of different food and beverages. The location was also great spot. Tram stop was nearby and it goes directly to the center.

PolandIt is apparent that the hotel's glory days are behind it and both the furniture and equipment are already slightly worn. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but is well connected (direct tram, bus).
Nice personnel. 24-hour reception. Quite good value for money. Free parking. The hotel, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall, I am satisfied.

CroatiaRoom could be bigger. Location is not near city center but that's not something what can be taken vary negative because who want's to be in a center will simply book a hotel there, not in industrial zone.
I booked it because it was near the company which I had to visit. Staff is very polite, rooms are clean and warm. Hotel has it's own paid parking but there is a lot of space around to park for free. It's also near tram station. Good choice of food for breakfast.

United StatesThe only missing thing was the remote control for the AC, which we found out during check out that it stays at the reception for whatever reason. Luckily the windows can be opened and it wasn't a major issue.
Room was of good size and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and updated. The staff was super friendly and the bar/restaurant/kitchen employees were very accommodating in regards to the special dietary needs of my daughter. Thank you very much!
