The boat is getting older, but it’s clean though

Stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed it then and that’s why I booked it again took my grandson with us and thought it would be something different sleeping on a boat as hotel rooms are all basically the same

There was no shampoo or any toiletries and the towel is only good for 1 person.

The breakfast was reslly good and the location is ideal as it is at the center.

We came for couple of times, booked in advance and asked for river view, but answer was that it was not possible to get us them. We wouldnt mind to pay for such a roommore than for a room with the city view, why there is not such an option, that by booking you choosing the room with particular view, like in most another hotels? Is more transparent and customer knows, what he gets. This is like playing with customer expectations vs reality. Is there any chance, how to increase the chance to get riverview for the next time?

Price per night (per 1 pers.) not justifiable. Very dated interior, basic breakfast, flies coming out of the toilet (which fine, we´re close to the water I get it) but don´t charge this money if it´s not an enjoyable stay.

Everything was as in the offer. First experience in a hotel on the water. The breakfast was varied, rich and very tasty. The hotel was very quiet, without any noise and gave the opportunity to enjoy the view of the river. The staff were very friendly, especially a tall young guy who tried so hard to please us that it was even funny. In a word, everything was great.

The shower was a bit old and its head was not in a very good shape. Also the water took too much time to drain during a shower, causing a bit of a pool in the shower.

Great location, very close to the old town and its attractions, but also from the train and main bus station. Breakfast was good, varied and tasty. The breakfast hall was very large and nice, offering views either over the Danube, either towards the castle.

During our stay had problems with the t.v. signal tht was never solved. Filip came to our room and tried his best to solve the problem with no success.

The location is perfect to get to know the old city and whole Bratislava. It's quiet and busy at the same time and the view is amazing. Breakfast was nice except of the artificial juices ;-)

Strange room service - just picked up the trash, without even bothering to make up the bed. No washing liquid in the shower.

Great location, great staff, comfy bed. A bit worn out interior, despite recentish-looking refurbishment - even the sloped window was slightly leaking, not to say about hole in the restaurant door. Very good breakfast.

Day receptionist couldn't make TV function. TV has no news channels. One window was stuck open and the room was cold. Even though boatel was lightly occupied, I was given a room on the city side, with no view of the river.

Very hot in the rooms, but we did open the windows and turn the heating down. Curtains could do with been blackout as we were road side. Breakfast was fine. .
