There was a small hiccup with our city tax payment, but staff resolved it very quickly. We hadn't realised it was in a pedestrian zone so the bags had to be carried a short way from where the taxi dropped us off but this wasn't a problem for us, it was very easy to find. Just something to be aware of.

The staff were extremely friendly and all communicated in English very well, which was helpful as my Slovakian is non-existent. The room was not fancy but had everything we needed and was great value for the price. It was clean and comfy with a lift to help us up to the top of the building and firm but comfortable beds. The shower was excellent. Rooms were also refreshed daily with fresh drinking water, teabags, coffee and basic toiletries all provided. The breakfast was great, constantly refreshed, and there was lots of choice. The coffee was also good. Location is amazing right at the side of all the main attractions.

Nice sized room, clean, good choice of breakfast food. In the historical city center, but very quiet. Bathroom/toilet clean and decent sized, with soap and shampoo/body wash offered as well.

The AC was a little wonky, having room under the rooftop in the summer heat was a little challenging to set the temp right, but it was minor issue and it was solved.

The location is just superb, directly in the historical heart of Bratislava. The staff were very welcoming and breakfast area and food top notch. Room for 3 persons was reasonably sized.

Absolutely central in Bratislava, very clean and comfortable with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and included a wide variety of food. The breakfast room was really pleasant as it looked out over the garden.

BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN SUPERB LOCATION IN THE OLD CITY, CLOSE TO ALL ATTRACTIONS, EATTERY ETC. THE BREAKFAST IS EXTREMELY TASTY AND GOOD. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AND THE FAMILY WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THERE IS LIFT TO ALL THE FLOORS
