It is a fully renovated building - with good quality and nice materials - run by a family with a very high attention to detail, customer oriented and very nice. It is just 15 minutes walk to the very centre of Lubliana’s old quarter. It does have free parking if you have a car. Internet does work Ok.

So this is just a suggestion. The apartment is immaculate but a little cold. Decorated all in white with high ceilings it echo's. Maybe a few pictures or a colored wall to give it a more homely feel? Also with the electronic locks it's a little uncomfortable going to bed not having secured your front door from the inside, maybe that's just me! That's all I can find wrong with it.

Just a stunning apartment, obviously newly furbished (June 2024 review). Everything you need is here and Anna even provided a small bottle of bubbly so we could celebrate the last two days of our stay in Slovenia. Easily rated 10. Extras such as chocolate bars and extra coffee pods to pick up in the hallways. Milk and beer in the fridge when we arrived. Excellent communication with Anna the host via the Booking app. Ample free parking. Great wifi and internet connected TV. Secure door entry to the building and apartment with a keycode. It has a safe. It's a little far from central Ljubljana but but the area is very quiet and it's only around fifteen minutes walk along the river to some nice restaurants and where the action is.

Had some trouble adjusting temperature of air con.

Property was clean and comfortable. Staff was prompt in their responses and helpful. Instructions to check in beers very clear.

Wonder if the electrical equipment in the rooms were checked to be functioning properly before every check in. Even though we followed the instruction manual, we were not successful in controlling the temp of the air con in our apartment. But to be fair, we also didn’t ask about it.

Property was clean and comfortable. Near to many amenities and restaurants. A short walk to the old town. Checking in instructions were very clear and communicated well. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Local television access and world news networks would be nice . Television was not easy to use. Perhaps explain options better .

Location was great. Liked having kitchen to cook if we wanted and a washer and dryer . The apartment was very clean.

Spacious apartment with excellent facilities inc. lift and car parking. Able to walk along the river to centre of Ljubljana. All modern and very clean. Generous goodies for free at front door 🤗 Will definitely recommend to friends. Anna was very helpful and happy to be available by phone.

Apartments were spacious and clean. The location is excellent, short walk from city center, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, next to the river. Parking on the site was super convenient. Contact with host was very good. We were nicely surprised to be welcomed by a bottle of sparkling wine dedicated to one person from our group who had birthday while we were in Lublana.

Very clean and great location, just a 10 minute walk to old town area. Bed was very comfortable, we slept great every night. We had a rental car and this site had free parking on site which was a huge plus. The owner was also very responsive to any questions I had during the stay which was awesome.

Possibility of another mirror in the second bedroom and maybe another kettle so those in that room don't need to disturb the other bedroom on the way to the kitchen. Otherwise perfect.

Excellent communication from Anna. Villa Riverside is really clean, warm and comfortable. Good location to walk into town and safe free parking. Lovely touches and little gifts from Anna as well as helpful recommendations made our stay really special.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable with probably the best mattresses you can find anywhere. The shower is so nice! And there's a washing machine & a dryer ❤️

The room was beautifully decorated; It looked modern and bright and very clean. There were cereals, granolas, milk and juice provided free on the counter 24/7 in the hallway. The host was very nice and welcoming on my arrival. The location was about a 10 minutes leisurely walk from Preseren Square. Note: There is a gate ( a little below chest height) that closes at night, and I'm not sure what time it opens in the morning. If you're the type who likes to leave the apartment early in he morning to do sightseeings then I suggest you ask the host about how you can open the gate to let you out. I was able to find a location along the gate that allowed me to climb over it for the two mornings that I was there, so I didn't ask the host about how I could open it.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The apartment was beautifully set up with everything we needed, with great attention to detail and providing every comfort. I loved the spacious bathroom with plenty of bench space. Lots of little inclusions on arrival, such as beer in the fridge, a small bottle of bubbly and a lavender sachet, and additional complimentary supplies of coffee, cereal etc were available just outside the room. Self check in was easy, with plenty of parking and we were just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. The owners have done a great job, of setting up a welcoming and comfortable establishment. Amazing quiet location, beautiful brightness in the apartment, clean, comfortable bed. Anna noticed it was my wife's birthday and surprised us with champagne and a birthday card. We can't wait to return to lovely Ljubljana!
