Very responsive to requests for drivers and excursions and restaurants...they are friendly and experts at what they are doing. The property is situated in perhaps the best spot on Lake Bled...it is stunning. Our room was simply a 10....classic furnishings and felt like we were staying in a palace.

Great room, ideal lake-side location, just out of the hussle and bussle of Bled. Spacious and luxurious room with lake view. Staff were universally polite and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Actually it’s not really a hotel with 24 hours reception, but returning to the hotel after 21 there is no lights at the entrance, which makes the passage quit difficult.

Very clean, nice location. Our room didn’t face the lake but it was just for one night, so it didn’t matter so much.

The pillows were a bit soft so probably due a replacement. The lovely lady gave us a firmer pillow when we asked but I think they should be provided as standard.

The hotel location is great - 10/15 minute walk into the center and barely 5 minutes walk to the boats that go to the island on the lake or to the shallow part of the lake for a swim. The staff were very friendly especially the lovely woman who gave us some good tips like where to park in Ljubljana. We had the executive suite which has two rooms and a lounge area. This suite is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. It also faces the lake directly so I think it’s the best view in the hotel. Hotel parking is easy and there is an electric charger if needed.

The room was clean but the glass lamp between the mirrors and glass shelves were grimy as was the bottom of the shower glass divider. They also kept giving us just one roll of extra toilet paper in the three paper holder, we were a family of four adults. But we were able to help ourselves from the wooden chest in the hall. Also we ran out of shampoo and body wash which weren’t refilled during our five day stay. The breakfast was 22 Euros and very skimpy with not much variety.

The room was large, beautifully decorated with gorgeous antiques and soft throws everywhere. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! The views from the room were stunning, right across the lake. And given that it was on the road around the lake, it was very quiet in the hotel and room. We LOVED it. Very comfortable and elegant and in a great location to walk to a swimming spot, center of the main town or walk the lake.

The view from our room was outstanding and the location was perfect to do everything we wanted to do at Lake Bled. The staff anticipated all of our needs and were very attentive.

All good. I think the breakfast was a little expensive and one had to inform in advance to ensure availablity of the breakfast as it was always made to order. we missed ordering the breakfast, but fortunately, there are enough eateries around for food.

Room was good and as shown on the site. The room was on top floor, so some climbing up the stairs with the bags. Also website showed two rooms being an external sitting room outside the main bedroom. However, sitting room was down the stairs and not connected directly to bed room. Windows were small but views were very good.

- Aircon needs the filter changed… it smelled quite strongly of dust. I have very bad dustmites allergy and struggled with it. Overall, I think the room needed some deep cleaning. We could see dust hanging from the ceiling. - Blinds in my room didn’t work, think they were stuck. Could have been me, but we had to sleep in a bright room.

Amazing location in Lake Bled - we had a lake view room, which really adds to the experience and allows you to soak in the magical environment. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, and a very helpful staff who assisted us in getting dinner reservations. All in all, an awesome place to stay!

Just outside of Bled but with a great view across the lake. The walk into the city is about 10 minutes. Cannot go wrong staying here.

There were road works outside the property. But it was due to be finished in a few weeks. So it was quite noisy early in the morning.

Beautiful views of lake bled. They upgraded our room to what I can only assume is their honeymoon suite, because it was enormous and absolutely gorgeously decorated. Free parking. Never tried the breakfast, lots of good food spots 15 min walk away in Bled. Staff had GREAT recommendations and were very friendly.

No evening dining option. I think it would be nice to have the option of dining at the hotel (in case of bad weather, as we had one evening) although we knew when we booked that the restaurant would be open for breakfast only, and that dinner is only available for private bookings/events. Room service is available but the menu was limited. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful hotel and in a great location. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Our suite was gorgeous with two balconies with fantastic lake views. The suite had good amenities, a great shower and overall was very pleasant to stay in with a comfortable living space and comfortable beds.

Beautiful suite with elegant furniture. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. There was also a huge balcony overlooking the lake. It is very close to a wonderful restaurant. And there is easy parking onsite.

Fantastic hotel right across from the lake. AMAZING views, especially at sunset, and convenient to town along a walking path, as well as a few minutes away from a great restaurant. We are so glad we chose to stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat.
