We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesGreat location. Walking distance to most of the attractions/ restaurants. That's a big plus because parking is an issue. The host was amazing and helpful ( I am sorry I forgot his name). The only complain we have is the AC not really working, but we had this problem in most hotels in Slovenia. I would def recommend this hotel.

A last minute change of plan. This property is superb, value for money in a good location for walking. Would recommend and stay again. A bit of a walk if your coming by train but worth it.

Vila Alpina is located in a very cozy and quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk away from the lake. Perfect if you like to stay in the area but somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The house is modern and the rooms were impeccably clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enough parking available. Even though the house was full, I did not notice much of the other guests and it was very quiet during the night. All in all, I would highly recommend and would surely return if in the area again.

NetherlandsThe shower has a slanted ceiling which might be a problem for a tall person. The air conditioning is noisy and roof windows are not allowed to be open when raining.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and know the (hiking) area very well. The room was very well equipped as described. You can order a local breakfast, which is more than enough for two people. The terrace view is nice, even when it rains. It is a few minutes walk to lake Bled, and maybe another healthy 20 minutes to Bled itself.

The property is newly renovated (seemingly). Clean minimalist look in excellent condition. Location was perfect for us, about a 20 min walk or 10 min run to Bled. We had a hire car which is convenient for this location + run so often to just ran to bled + beyond. Price was very good and the lady that welcomed us was very nice and helpful. She made suggestions on activities and areas to visit. 10/10

The villa is new, close to lake, shop and restaurants but still far enough from the road - quiet place. Opposite to the villa there is an amazing place with buffet breakfast. However you can also order breakfast at the villa that consist of local products. Would recommend :)

Saint BarthelemyWe would have loved to have a toaster, glass, and fresh drinking water. But also a boiler for coffee and tea at the share place to eat. Also, there were not enough hookers in the bathroom.
The location is great near the lake, and the staff was wonderful, Dolores sat down for a few minutes even though she had work to do. She took time to show us directions and gave us good advice on what to do in Bled and surroundings. She was very helpful.
