Dinner could have been better.

Very nice stay in a good hotel with a nice and spacious own pool and spa area. Plenty of free parking spaces around. Efficient and quick check in and out. Nice and quiet clean room. Very good breakfast. Huge famous town spa center, which was included in to hotel price nearby!

No lunch available and the choice of restaurants in the hotel area and around is not good at all. Some snack bars around are really terrible and not cheap. 30 eur for the spa/sauna visit is too much.

The pool complex at the Terme is amazing, especially for family with kids. Also room was very modern, and clean, although a bit on the small side.

At dinner time the hotel is charging tap water 2.5e. If you use this approach, you should charge it also for breakfast time as well.

The room was big and spacious. The food was delicious. We had a lot of fun at Čatež Thermal Riviera which is near the hotel. With your key card (bracelet) you can pay for food and drinks at Čatež Thermal Riviera.

Our bathroom had quite a bad smell, probably sewage. Breakfast is quite basic with almost no options for vegans or any healthier options. Coffee at breakfast is also pretty bad. Food in general should be improved with more fruits and vegetables, oats, vegan yogurts, nuts, variety of jams etc. Coffee machines replaced. Sauna charge on weekends 30 eur for hotel guests?

Excellent facility for kids in terms of pools and entertainment.

Sadly, this hotel is now hosting many football teams who do not respect the property. It feels like a youth hostel rather than a 4* hotel. Dirty, smelly shoes in the hall. Piles of underwear in the common areas.

I have been coming for decades. There is so much to do. I love the pools and sauna. The upgrades are very good.

No insect net so mosquitos and many different insects entered the room and the fresh air is welcome in summer especially but the room get filled with hungry mosquitos

Everything and especially the way of air conditioning in public areas- lobby and restaurant where it was helpful and mild, it was not too strong which means a lot when you come out of a thermal environment and your hair just got dried.

I didn’t like the food and the idea that mostly of the guests put their clothes including the dirty underwear and socks outside of their room, in the corridor. When we go for dinner we saw only some sneakers in front of the doors but when we came back to our room I couldn’t believe to my eyes that the corridor was full of dirty clothes.

Restaurant and bar are closing very early, staff is correct, but not very responsive.

The mattress has the effect of a water bed, when you turn it acts like an earthquake. Children's "bed" is actually a mattress on the floor. The terrace door has a strange mechanism, unnecessarily complicated.

Friendly staff, we didn't make it to dinner because of the crowd at the border and they compensated us for lunch, we also used the pool at the hotel and the Thermal Riviera for free. It's generally a great time.

The girl at the reception desk on 1st of May is very kind. Room is very comfortable and clean. Staff in aperitiv bar is also kind. Breakfast is delicious.

The bathroom was a little small and not so perfect for the 4 star hotel - a little bit old and in need for renovation, everything else was great

The location was top, we had pools close. The room was very nice and beautiful. I absolutely loved the food and place to eat - very beautiful and good atmosphere. Also lot of different food to chose :) the pool was ok and the sauna in termal riviera was absolutely fantastic!!

The room wasnt properly cleaned or upkept. Piece of door missing, mold in the bathroom, stained carpet, dirty curtains, and there were for some reason a lot of fruit flies in the room.

Staff was very polite and friendly, and the room was spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was really good. Overall the facilities are clean. We enjoyed the Wellness Riviera the most. Weekends are especially busy with a lot families with small children, so if you want a bit more peace and quiet we suggest that you book it during the week.
