Clean, new, large rooms. 5 minute walk to Lake Bled. Very quite. Country setting. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. A delightful place to stay.

Zero, excellent No access to Netflix

Create location, a short walk to the lake and the bus stop. Great restaurant on the corner, Carmen’s. We loved our room and had a beautiful view of the Julian Alps (discovered with a layer of snow ) in the distance, and a farm next-door. Breakfast was excellent even served eggs cooked anyway you want. They were even umbrellas for us to use on a rainy day.

The location is 10/10. I would suggest this accomodation to everyone, the hosts are very friendly and the building is not just beautiful, but also very well equipped. Breakfast is 10/10, even if you have some kind of intolerance, if you let them know they’ll make ur breakfast accordingly. If we’ll have another trip in Bled, we will definitely reserve here again. :)

very pleasant and quiet accommodation away from the main centre. At the same time, very close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The equipment and comfort of the accommodation are completely satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We can fully recommend it to those who are going to visit Lake Bled. Note: The access road to the Pr Anzl leads through a zone with no entry for cars (subject to a fine of 200 EUR). However, it is fine for guests staying in the given location and you can therefore drive directly to the Pr Anzl.

Great location just up the hill away from the hustle of the main road around the lake, so only 10 minute walk. Nice and quiet too. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast too. Communication with the property good.

The road to this place is „closed” for non locals, we had some troubles to get there but finally we managed that.

The shower head seemed a bit broken, but there was fantastic water pressure.

This is a fantastic property in a perfect location for visiting lake bled. Only 5 mins walk down the hill to the lake where you can swim and rent boats or kayaks etc to go to bled island. The breakfast was great at this property; lots of fresh fruit and yogurts, cakes and pastries and a coffee machine. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the garden full of apple trees and mountains. The staff were nice, and let us check out a bit later as our train wasn’t till later that day.

Absolutely ideal for what we wanted! A quiet little place located just up the road from the lake so it was easy to walk to (5 mins) and there is a shop and restaurants just at the bottom by the lake! Cute room with cosy decor and the breakfast was great! Offering eggs and continental! Highly recommend for a more peaceful visit to bled. It is a 20 minute walk from bled town itself
