Hotel is located very close to the Maribor historical center (5 minutes by foot). Staff was helpful and kind, rooms clean and large enough, location cal. Breakfast very good, so we were fully satisfied.

Very good position for my business exigencies. Hotel very close to city center, with parking on-place and another big parking lot right in front. Room was not big but clean and neat. Staff was kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

Parking. We left our car on the street during our first night in the city (It was free of charge since we arrived on Sunday). Then I moved it to the hotel's parking place. 10 EUR per night is way too much (from my POV) for a city like Maribor, which is not overwhelmed by tourists (at least in April). And comparing to the fact that we did not pay a single cent for parking in Ljubljana at the hotel just two days later since it was not a peak season (as said by the staff of the hotel).

Great location, just five minutes away from the city centre. The room itself would deserve new furniture and wardrobes, but everything was clean and comfortable which was exactly what we needed.

The hotel is now without restaurant - we were tired but had to find some restaurant for dinner. The staff helped us, but we were suprised that it is not possible to have some meal in hotel, we ussually use this hotel for rest during a journey to Crotia but maby next time we will try to find some new accomodation. The hotel is not bad, but I am not sure that it deserves 4 stars.

I wonder if they really need to charge guests a daily rate for parking when there is plenty of parking space on the property around the outside of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was quite large, plenty of storage space and city views. Air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was good, and the staff friendly. Car parking available in the hotel grounds, but there is a daily charge. Very convenient location for Maribor rail and bus stations, and not far from the city centre.

We ordered an accessible room with a chair in the shower. The bag was fully equipped for disabled person, but there were no doors in the shower, so all the water from the shower, wet the floor, which is very dangerous for disabled person, and not comfortable at all.

Being on the way to Italy we stoped here for a night. The room is very clean and tidy. A very nice complimentary breakfast buffet is included with a variety of food choices. The hotel is conveniently located as it is a short walk from the town centre. The staff are very friendly.

I had problems with sleeping: the pillow was small. I have to elevate my chest and head for stomack problemes... And, it is made of some plastick material. Precisely a little advise: the jugs at the breakfast could be made of glass, not plastic. At actual point use of natural/ original materials count much, I think. I aimed to give a good willing advise for the sake to improve your service. Othervise: everithin gwas great.

All was fine at the hotel. Best not to visit Maribor on a Sunday. Almost everything was closed.

Good hotel with all the facilities. Private parking, good location. 10 min walk to the city centre. Very good breakfast, many choices.
