We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It is a wonderful location - right on the path around the lake with a lovely terrace. The woman at reception was very helpful

The location of the property is excellent and free parking a great bonus. Breakfast was from the menu which is a pleasant change. The restaurant has amazing views and a lovely place to sit.

AustraliaIt would be helpful to have clear instructions when arriving with a vehicle on how to park. It would avoid stress of traffic congestion, double parking and then calling to be advised to come to restaurant to collect key. Once you've got key and instructions, steps for parking was all very easy.
Rooms comfy, clean and spacious with complimentary wine in room on arrival. Breakfast was great with staff accommodating to changes. We were pleasantly surprised when realised hotel restaurant overlooks Lake Bled Island.

AustraliaWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was like staying in a beautiful B&B, with super friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast each day. But best of all it's literally right on the edge of the lake, close to everything but far enough away that is was quiet and private. We walked the lake each day right after breakfast from the hotel and each evening enjoyed a tranquil meal at their restaurant watching the sun set over the lake. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else if we ever visit Lake Bled again.

Beautiful villa right on the water front, friendly staff and lovely room with balcony overlooking the lake. Private parking right out the front.

Stunning location! Amazing view from the family room, which was a two-room suite. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Relaxing, table-served breakfast each morning with good options. The restaurant was always busy, but we were never disturbed with any noise in the evening. Just a 2 minute walk to the main swimming area of the lake then 2-5 minute walk in the other direction to a number of different restaurants.

GermanyThe prises are rising up significantly durig the last years, the room rent as well as the prises at the restaurant.
It´s not the first time, we spent at this hotel. So we new, what´s expecting us. Beside the great location just on the bank of the lake and on the foot of the castles rock all staff was friendly and always helpfull. The food is tasty and for the breakfast you can eat enough with good coffeé. If the weather conditions allow so, you can have your meals outseide at the terrace with direct view at the lake. The rooms are very cozy with enough space and there was a friendly little present at the time of arriving. It was once more a pleasure to stay here and will be not the last time.

Pension Villa Preseren had wonderful staff. it was right on the lake so that our breakfast was served with the beautiful view of the lake, island and the ducks. The whole experience surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed scenic walks along the lake to the boat which took us to the island.

Location is unbeatable. Easy car park at hotel. Good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant at a front table right on the lake. Two musicians entertained us while we ate an excellent meal with great service. Just magical. The room was small (14sqm) but ok for one night. Lake Bled is very busy in Summer so there is great extra value in a well located car park. Strongly recommended.
