The bed linen and towels should be better quality. Some staff were helpful and welcoming, and others were a bit abrupt and didn't smile. Hot breakfast options could have been more substantial and better quality.

Not a major issue, but as we had to change plans to get a early train (5.50) we asked if we could get any food as breakfast did not start until 7. The staff said they would mention it . However when we left there was no food to be picked up on reception. Not a major issue but if it was not possible it should be made clear.

Very friendly team on reception who handled a very busy check in process very well. There were several groups checking in when we arrived ! Location about 10/15 minutes walk from station was good and then a short walk in to old town made it a really good spot.

There were quite a few tour groups staying at the hotel so things were a little crowded on the elevators.

Communication with the staff was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the fact that this was a "green" hotel, there were even beehives on the roof! Breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel has a fantastic central location, just a 5-minute walk from Dragon Bridge. The staff were lovely and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was okay, nothing too special, but it did the job. We really enjoyed the outside bar—perfect for having a beer in the evening after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is very environmentally conscientious

The baked goods at breakfast were of poor quality and things ran out like cups, milk, before staff could replenish them but the scrambled eggs were really good.

Spacious, comfortable room with good a/c. Lots of tv channels. Easy walk into the Old Town and walkable from the bus/train station too. A good variety of breakfast options. Environmentally conscious.

I had book this hotel before and i was extremely happy with them this is why i went back. The hotel rooms DO NOT HAVE FRIDGE (most of them) BUT this is not the major problem. This time i was not satisfied at all. I was given a room with extremely old towels which looked really old. The best part was that the ceiling was falling apart and there was mould on the wall. When i mentioned this at the reception the girls working there mentioned that they knew that they had a room like that. When i asked why i was given this room even though i payed as much as other guests for a room i did not get an answer. Luckily another room was available and i was transferred. I had this hotel booked for another date but i cancelled it after this.

Location is best, very close to city centre 10 minutes. Room little bit smaller, but generally clean. Breakfast very poor, especially coffe from coffemachine very underrated, like from machine at train station. Also variety of offers very limited, definetely not recommend purchase breakfast at all.
