The location was convenient to walk to the old town. Parking was easy although I am pleased we did not have a large car. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, although we found we needed to be careful descending the stairs - they were steep and the treads small.

The beds unfortunately were really uncomfortable, especially as we had 3 nights. Both of us were sore from the mattress. The walk into the best parts of the old town is also a bit further than I thought it would be, even though it's very safe. It's at least 10 but more like 15 mins at a reasonable pace.

Good value option for Ljubljana. It's a slightly unusual set up with the building and it's multi-purpose nature, but it works fine. Decent location and free parking is a bonus although parking is busy. Communication from the owner is excellent also. Well equipped kitchen and a nice, secure, and quirky accommodation.

The apartment is quite compact, we made it work, however it should be cleaned better, some of the glasses were stained and a bit of dust indicated that it could use a bit more detailed cleaning.

Location is great, everything worked out smoothly with the check in, the hosts were very helpful with the parking.

The cleaners should be more thorough.

A compact, attractive apartment in a large multi purpose building. No fabric softener is used. Comfortable beds and a large shower. Helpful staff at the reception/security desk. Great location. The owner replied promptly to messages. Parking, if available, is free.

The key box to pick up the key could be updated. The analog mechanism is a bit clunky and difficult to use with no light. The staircase to reach the beds could be uncomfortable for old people. There is a filter coffee machine, this is great but it would be good also to have 1-2 coffee available for the guests to use upon arrival.

Great location. The parking place offered in front of the structure is a big plus. The apartment is clean, the ceiling is quite high. The beds are located on a platform constructed on the upper part of the room that is reachable with a staircase.

I have already stayed at this apartment during a business trip to Lj and I loved it so much I have decided to come back. Its very cosy and nice. The location is great for both work trip or private one since it is very close to the center as well as the bus station. The owners are very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this loft to anyone coming to Lj.

Noticed some dust in hard-to-reach places - but the floors were perfectly clean. Also, missing some basic things in the kitchen like teaspoons.

The location of the apartment was excellent! The interior is very modern (as the name suggests) and everything was new and in good condition. Also, because we visited in very cold period the heating was great, there is central heating and also an air-conditioning unit. The WiFi connection and speed was 10/10! The price for this kind of loft is excellent! Communication with the host was easy and fast.

Everything was perfect, the owners are very kind and the comunication with them was great, we have got all the information that we need in time, and in details. Very cute and comfortable apartment, very clean and close to all important city sites. We were in Ljubljana to participate Ljubljana marathon, so it was perfect for us. If we ever come to Ljubljana again, we will stay at the same place. Wonderful!

The host was easy to contact and responded quickly, but the information regarding the parking permit was a little bit confusing. This is a very minor flaw, though, and was sorted put quickly.

We liked the great location, easily walkabout into the centre. It is updated nicely, and the building felt safe. It was a very good use of a small space.

Very clean, organized and the host was extremely responsive. It‘s crucial for me that the sheets are clean, towels are soft and that it has the items to make the stay comfortable (hairdryer for example). Would def recommend everyone who wants to be closer to the city buzz but still get a good night sleep.
