You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe breakfast left lots to wish for; the hot food was warm, not hot. The plates and coffee cups were cold, making the coffee instantly cold. It seems like the hotel is run by very young staff with very little experience; the front desk is only open from 0700 to 2300. After those hours, no one can help you with any issue.
The hotel's location is excellent, with quick access to the highway and many restaurants. I have to say thank you to Mrs. Marisa at the front desk; she tried her best to provide great service, even as she was learning her job.

United KingdomThey do not serve food besides breakfast, there are not that many places to eat in Postojna away from the cave so it would have been good to be able to get a sandwich or something. The beds were okay, not super comfy but not bad either. We did not have any coffee in our room which was a shame, we had a couple of teabags but more refreshment options in the room would be good.
The location was great for visiting the caves, accessing the restaurants and using the ATMs for cash etc, right next to the post office and a short walk (very uphill) to the train station. Our room was large, clean, quiet and had some toiletries included. The view over the mountains was magnificent at sunset. Very clean. They let us check in at 2pm instead of 3pm which was good as we were very tired and we arrived on Sunday so not much was open. Very good breakfast! Quick turnaround on our laundry and not too expensive. Good selection of booze at the bar!

United KingdomIt was not a 4 star hotel a good 3 only.The amenities were not to 4 star quality, the reception set up was in the dining area ?? The food a breakfast was not 4 star and we had to ask for replenishment.
Great location nr to all caves Trieste, Venice and Lipica horses. We upgraded to a suite which had a huge living area and a wrap around balcony that had table and chairs We had 2 large screen tvs one in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. We had tea making facilities , a fridge, dining room table and chairs and 3 piece suite.secure parking which was excellent it was worth the additional payment.

SerbiaConvenient location if you travel by car. Easily accessable and reasonably priced underground parking. 10 min walking distance to Postojna Cave. The room was exceptionally large and bright with wall to wall windows overlooking the town square (see photo) , very comfortable and clean. Exuipped with all the necessities. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe hotel could have been cleaner. There wasn't enough hot water for two people to have hot showers. When it was busy at breakfast staff could have been more attentive. I ate cereal from a plate because despite asking an employee to bring some bowls this didn't happen.
On arrival the man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He told us where we could go for lunch, checked that it was open and showed us how to get there on a map. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Hotel was in the centre of town and the caves were within walking distance. The room was a good size.
