We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaYou pay 5€ for the bathrobes, if you don’t have towels for the pool (or take from the room) you pay 3€ for towels. And if you want to go to sauna you have to pay 14.7€ as well. This is not a deal breaker at all it’s just something that is free in other hotels.
Very good location with parking up front. Staff is great eager to help and overall very pleasant. Breakfast is tasty with good enough selection of food. Pool is nice, good enough to enjoy and rest.

TurkeyWe stayed at 3. Floor and I did not like the room, there is a half window, no views at all. We were two people but there was 4 beds in the room, one double and one bunk bed, that made the room very small. I also would expect a better cleaning from a hotel like this.
The location is perfect, the parking area is big, the breakfast was superb, it was one of the best I have ever seen. We also had dinner and it was also delicious. The F&B team should be awarded.

CroatiaIt is visible that the hotel once was very nice and modern, but today furniture is a little bit outdated but still fine; beds are really comfortable, if I am not mistaken there is no air condition in the room but we did not need it since during the night temperature were low and it was nice to sleep.
Location of the hotel is great, close to the city center and also to main roads so you can easily reach different directions, depending where you are planning to go (you can reach Tarvisio and Belopeška jezera - very nice to visit, also Soča valley where you can swim during the summer is reachable from two different directions - either through Tarvisio then to Bovec which road is not so difficult comparing to accessing to Soča passing through Triglav where you have a lot serpentine). Close to the hotel is also Jasna lake, very cute and not so big, you can also swim or take sup or whatever you like. Cycling is also very popular so you can find a lot of different cycling roads. Very easy access to a parking lot in front of the hotel which is really good advantage (paring is huge and there is no need to make a reservation in advance). Stuff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is also good, offers different variation so you can find something for yourself.

United KingdomThere was no air conditioning which meant that the room was very hot and stuffy It would have been good to have a kettle in the room. Most hotels provide this. We booked a room with a mountain view but there really wasn't. We had a large tree outside the room and no view to speak of. The changing rooms for the swimming pool could do with an update. Only 1 changing cubicle closed properly Dining felt rushed with staff taking plates etc from tables before we had finished our mouthfuls. One evening our table had been completely cleared complete with drinks when we went to get pudding. This was recified but it did feel quite rushed
Hotel Kompas is in a great location. Perfect for walking and close to the bus stop. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and delicious with lots of choice. It was good to have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi to relax in after a day's walking in the mountains. We enjoyed our stay
