The room was clean but superficial... there were even cobwebs in some places.

Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch. The room is nice and stylish. Very quiet! The location is super. We were very satisfied.

Had to park at the parking that is located at the bottom because the hotel guest’s parking was full, thus we had to push the luggage all the way up.

Nice, clean, and spacious room. close to the caves and good buffet for diner and breakfast

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel but I must say that I liked best the responsiveness of the staff to an issue we had with our room. I sincerely commend them for their customer-care skills.

The food at the restaurant was not good at all, have lunch/dinner elsewhere away from this area (even the food stands outside were quite bad quality)

The position (short walk to the caves, good service to go visit the castle), the room, the staff was super nice.

We stayed with family and two beds were sofa bed type and wasn’t very comfortable for 3 nights stay. You would expect better standard for the price and rating of the hotel. Nearby facilities were closing too early for evening eating out.

Location of the property was excellent.

As for the parking lot belonging to the hotel, there is a rather limited demand for space. Not suitable for the price/value ratio. Much more expensive. The bed moves easily, just sit on it and it slides on. I don't think the bed is comfortable enough for one night for a longer trip. We were given a rather dark, poorly located room, nothing could be seen from the window

It's in a very good location. There are 2 museums and the cave nearby. Breakfast is plentiful, I think everyone will find something suitable for themselves.

Breakfast process is a bit disorganised, too many people in a small corner at the same time, a bit illogical organisation of what to get where food-wise. Water tap in our room was broken/ closing on its own.

Modern clean hotel, close to the cave, very comfortable. Very comfy beds.

    Nothing really.

First of all the location, can’t beat it, on a doorstep to to the cave and easy to get to the castle, little buzzy in the peak hours but quite quiet after. Staff super friendly and professional. Both breakfast and dinner are great. Good parking facilities. Very nice modern interior. Top class service.

A spa or pool would certainly fit well with the hotel. There were 4 water bottles in the fridge, they were priced at 1,50 Euro per bottle, we found it a bit odd that water wasn't offered free of charge.

The location was great, right next to the caves. The castle is 10km away. The room was quiet and cool (AC) and had plenty of towels. The bar was nice too and the staff super helpful and friendly

Large, stylish rooms with some tweaks needed

A couple of things let the place down. We opted for half board, as really here just for convenience of visiting caves the next day, and needed a simple option to eat. The restaurant setup is very 'style over substance' - a large dining room, felt very empty/cold, with a few buffet stands, then order drinks at a cost. No free water available - feels skinflinty. Food options very 'old school' - reminiscent of the buffets I remember as a child holidaying in the Balearics in the 1980s. Nostalgic, but not great. Similarly, breakfast was very overrun - small area for a lot of people, all getting done before heading for the popular caves. Also the rooms despite being very spacious and stylish had a problem with inadequate aircon. Calculated that was able to reduce the temperature by only 0.16 degrees Celsius per hour. Spent most of the night sleeping on the covers as could not cool the room.

Location is the obvious benefit - ~2min walk from cave entrance. I doubt anyone stays here for anything else. Checkin/out very professionally done. The rooms are superbly presented. Stayed in a suite for four people (2 adults, teens aged 17, 14) - I think the largest hotel room I have experienced in Europe. Two large bedrooms, two showers, two toilets, three balconies, two seating areas. Very stylishly done, as are the hotel lobby and shared areas.
