We liked everything about the hotel.

We liked it’s location to the lake and nearby restaurants. We booked a Lakeview room (417) which afforded a picture postcard view across the lake to the castle. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold choices . The novel cat robot waiters kept us entertained in the lobby and at breakfast time. We left something behind at the hotel and the team were very efficient in organising its safe return to the uk.

Everything! Spacious hotel including the reception and bar/restaurant areas, room, pool and gym. Smart, well laid out accommodation with a balcony. Pool is magnificent with views across the alpine ridges with Bled castle in the foreground. Easy access to lakeside for a stroll, hike or dip too! What a hotel, going back there!

The breakfast was yummy, it was a buffet so there was a bit of everything for everyone. The room was nice, they added a bed on the floor for the child but not needed since she slept on bed with us. The location was perfect, just a quick walk and there’s the lake. The staff were lovely as well, helped us with the AC. The swimming pool was nice, our child enjoyed it. Would come back again!

Everything was outstanding!

We would like to congratulate Management of Hotel Park with excellent team of devoted people. Everyone deserves our sincere gratitude, but especially Maja. Her friendliness, hospitality, and readiness to help ( especially our last day, when we almost missed our flight home, if not for Maja’s help with the taxi) will be always remembered as a reminder of a wonderful place we’ve visited, wonderful people of Slovenia and desire to come back! Parking situation is a bit confusing, so its better to call the hotel before arriving. Air conditioning is mediocre at best, so it gets really hot inside during afternoon unless you pull the curtains.

Excellent hotel right next to Lake Bled. We had a room with lake and castle view and it was magnificent. Great breakfast with several options.

Air conditioning was not great, one could not lower the pre-set temperature and the room did get hot at night. The same with the fridge which was not really cooling drinks. The ventlation in the bathroom did not work properly either.

Great location and although the hotel was on the main promenade it was peaceful. Excellent food choices for breakfast and dinner. Comfortable beds and spacious balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning didn’t really work and couldn’t be adjusted. Both nights we had to sleep with the balcony door wide open and with no covers.

Breakfast was ok, the coffee/fresh fruit juice was really terrible and the selection of food and quality of cooking of that food for breakfast was not brilliant.

Location was fantastic, rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, pool had a spectacular view.

We didn't realise we would have to pay 15 euros each to use the private beach. It came as quite a shock as we had stayed at the other lake Bohinj and could enter the lake at any point and lay for free. I think it just made Lake Bled feel a little too commercialised, but this is not the hotels fault.

On entering the hotel we was really impressed by the look of the hotel and found it very cute the little robots taking desserts around (look out for this) a great novelty. Our check and parking was very easy and we were well taken care of, we loved the location next to the lake and restaurants. My parents room had a perfect view of the lake, we had a car park view but it still felt very private and a great space to relax and have a drink on an evening. We loved that we had access to the spa and laid out on the deck looking at the mountains.
