I would have liked more attention to cleaning as a portion of the wall connected to the large patio door was black with mildew. It was very difficult to operate the air conditioning and had to leave the patio door ajar through the night. I was not able to sit out on the balcony as the patio door was too heavy to slide. The light over the desk was not operating, needing a light bulb.

The hotel is well located to walking around Lake Bled and to restaurants. There are views from the rooms, some better than others. The breakfast is excellent with a large variety of items.

No Air Con

Nice place to stay, rooms a little stuffy as no air con. Nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna though. Breakfast was good, nice variety and coffee good too. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms, ours has a spa bath but pump too noisy

The mattress on the bed sinks in the middle.It was difficult to get up. The card to enter the room does not work properly Very expensive for the condition of the room.

Breakfast involved a lot of waiting around for clean cups and plates, didn't appear to have enough when the restaurant was busy.

Staff at reception were so helpful, providing great information for getting around bled, helpful with dinner reservations and recommendations.

It was peak season and the town was very full of vacationers, so I understand that prices may have been inflated... but I'm not quite sure the accommodations were worth what I paid.

WOW THE BREAKFAST!! I was unsure that the value matched the price point until I saw that breakfast buffet. If you like air conditioning and breakfast (and if you have a lot of money) then this is your place!!

Parking situation difficult when place is busy. We had one of the few rooms without balcony which made drying clothes difficult.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like this , but the room was very basic. However, for us it was fine. It was clean and was a place to sleep….nothing fancy. Again, location was great!

The staff was very nice. The location was 1block from the lake with parking just outside the front door of the hotel. When our AC wasn’t working properly, it was taken care of quickly. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant, and the included breakfast was very good.

Advertised as 4-stars but it is rather 3-stars quality. Old-school furniture, wet stains on the drywall, dripping tap and a towel rack that fell off during the two-nights’s stay. There are approx. 10 parking places for the whole hotel available. You can park in neighboring street for 3 euros per hour. Upon my ask where i can park (as it is included in the reservation) i was told to beg myself in to the neighboring hotel’s parking places.

My room was a little cramped - there was a door between the entry way and main room that was just awkward as it wouldn’t close with the position of the bed and served no real purpose, just made it hard to access an area where a suitcase would fit - if I was the hotel I would remove the door and the room would be much nicer. Be aware - the hotel overlooks a parking area and when the balcony door is open there is a bit of road noise. However, when the balcony door is closed I didn’t notice any noises and slept well (I’m a light sleeper).

Close to the lake, the lake view was nice. Comfortable bed. Good range of options at breakfast. Air con worked well.

We believe the strings in the bed were very old so that even if we move a tiny bit while sleeping it made a loud & annoying sound. We ended up waking several times at night. Besides this there is nothing we didnt like.

The hotel is located very close to Lake Bled. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast included many options, the rooms were clean and spacious. The view from our hotel was exquisite. We had a minor issue with hair dryer and the reception immediately sent a spare one to our room.

Amazing location, just a few minute walk straight to the lake, and all of the bars and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was lovely. Staff incredibly kind and helpful. Air conditioning is great in the summer.

Spacious apartment with separate parents' room. Perfect location, only a few steps down to the lake. Quiet, good darkening. Good breakfast. Small pool bit perfect with kids. Small sauna area.

Hotel had a nice ambience. Good location too. Bathroom was a bit small and shower flooded the bathroom, but water was hot and bathroom was clean. Restaurant in hotel was 10/10 first class. All staff were polite and courteous.
