We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room is clean. It is near places to eat and explore. The breakfast is excellent. It is well worth the money.

The staff was very kind and supportive. The town has impressive restorants although small. The caves, the castle, all the attractions are absolutely amazing. The hotel is a historical place and they had preserved a lot of it. That's great! The breakfast was abundant and delicious.

United KingdomNo English speaking channels on TV but that didn't matter as we weren't in the room much. Everything else was fine.
We only spent 2 days here but were very pleased we chose this hotel. Before we went, we asked about a lift from the airport which they said they could provide at a more competitive rate. The driver Mili was great company and provided us with lots of information. We later found out he was the hotel manager on his day off! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet at breakfast provided a good selection of hot food, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries and juices. They also provided gluten-free bread when requested. The hotel is positioned fairly central, close to the town square and some of the few local restaurants and is approximately 15-20 minutes from the Postojna Caves (where you can also get a shuttle ride to the Predjama Castle). The room was clean, reasonably spacious and had the necessary facilities. We would definitely use again.

ItalyOne of our two rooms was quite small, but it was still a good value.
We liked the mix of an historic-feeling hotel on the ground floor, but with modern rooms and bathrooms. The staff was kind and helpful. A huge selection of food for breakfast to please the many nationalities in the large and bright dining room, very good espresso, and they constantly replenished the more popular crepes and croissants. We were close enough to walk to the caves in about 15 minutes. The staff gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner at a place just up the street.

Really lovely hotel. Room was fairly modern, aircon worked well and comfortable beds. Walkable to the caves so perfect location and reasonable price. Breakfast included with plenty options.

Breakfast is a buffet with a reasonable selection of food and staff were always replenishing the buffet tables with fresh food etc. We asked at reception for an electric kettle for the room and they gave us one so we could make tea in the room however there was no fridge/ mini bar but we managed with the milk. Easy walk to all the amenities in the town.
