We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is fabulous it’s a 2 minute walk to the 3 bridges and the old town. The breakfast what’s lots of choice and it was fresh. Our checkin was speedy completed by a lovely young lady called Hannah who was very friendly. Our room was cleaned daily with a change of towels which is what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

United KingdomThe parking situation is a little confusing. When we arrived there were no spaces in the paid car park which is also located in the neighboring hotel. Nevertheless the staff were amazing and found us a spot only downside is that we had to leave the keys at reception who moved the car when a space opened up.
Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The hotel is everything that it promises and more. Great location, very spacious and well furnished room. Breakfast was good with all the standard options.

United StatesParking can be limited. As a result, I was required to park at a garage offsite. But it was a short walk back to the hotel and was not terribly inconvenient.
This hotel's location cannot be beat. It is in the city center of Ljubljana and a short walk from excellent restaurants, Ljubljana Castle, and the Ljubljanica River. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast offers a wide range of options. Overall, this was an excellent experience for my first visit to Slovenia. If I am lucky enough to visit Slovenia again, I fully intend to stay here again.

United StatesThere wasn't anything I could improve on! This is just a "grand hotel" with staff to match.
The location is perfect, as we were just steps away from the city centre and old town. The breakfast was delightful each morning and any kind of coffee or tea were available with fresh pastries, full breakfast, fruit, fresh meats and cheeses. Our room was so quiet and spacious with a very large shower unusual for most hotels we had been in during our travels. The staff was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond.

United KingdomThe swimming area is a little understaffed which led to some bad behaviour directed at my children from some groups of guests.
This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. The decor is restored well and has a real sense of grandeur. The beds and rooms were comfortable. We booked two types of room for our group and the prestige rooms are definitely worth it. The hotel shares facilities such as the swimming pool and spa and the parking area with the hotel next door, but that works well. Breakfast is very varied with plenty of healthy options. Reception and cleaning staff polite and helpful.
