You do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the rooms if you have lots of luggage

Rooms are large and property is located just outside the pedestrian zone so easy for cabs to pick you up for the airport . They also have parking and you can exit at anytime

The room itself could use a bit of deep cleaning. The rubber piece under the shower door replaced, the bedding was clean but looked like it had bleach stains. A good cleaning of the closets and around doorknobs and light switches.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the city center and the National Gallery was only one block away. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The representative was helpful, knowledgeable.

Nothing that I would like to mention, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very good communication with the host, the apartment was located in a central area, close to main attractions. The room was not too big, but very very cosy, and our cats really enjoyed the stay. I recommend the place if you're looking for a short stay in Ljubljana.

The not-so-good: - The reception is not manned full time so they need to be called beforehand for someone to be available - the parking spaces are really tight and cramped, and it's not cheap (15 EUR per night) - in hindsight it would have been better to park on the road outside and not risk scratching the car in trying to get in/out

The good: - just a few minutes walk to the heart of Ljubljana's historic centre - peaceful, quiet neighbourhood - room was quite spacious and equipped with some basic amenities like a fridge

When we want to extend staying they did really a serious price change. And didn't tell anything about this price rise, until the day of payment.

Location was wonderful and resepsiyonists are very friendly and helpful for extra needs.

Perfect location for exploring the Old Town centre. 10mins walk from all main attractions. Rooms were simple but clean and the staff were very helpful. Great for a solo traveler or couple on a budget.

there are around 15 stairs that you have to climb, which makes it a bit hard when with a stroller.

Th apartment is located around 15 min walk from the historic center. A few nice bars and restaurants around the apartment make it easy for a quick meal. The rooms are nice and spacious each with a dedicated bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything if you need to cook something at home.

Extra parking and dog fees were not announced on Booking.com It is overpriced, I feel. And the air conditioning was so old that made a noise all night long that I couldn't sleep well. :/

Staff was not present for checkout, which left a couple of people who wanted to leave, wondering. In the end it all worked out as they had taken the measures to make sure people could check out without somebody at the reception desk.

Great location, within walking distance of the historic city center. Clean room without the frills which we don't need anyway (and which would only drive up the price). Nice and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

No AC, poor sound insulation. Not a very big problem but the furniture was a bit torn.

The mattress was memory foam which I found rather uncomfortable and gave me a sore back however this is personal preference. The duvet was two single duvets instead of one double for a double bed. There was air con in the room but no remote. When asked I was told they were waiting for the remotes to be sent out from the office. There are lovely big windows in the room however which open so not the end of the world.

The location was super central only a few mins walk from all the shops and restaurants. The staff were accommodating and receptionist very friendly. The room was a fair size and with a good ensuit. The room was very clean and bathroom nice and modern. The room was bright and light and well equipped with a big tv.

Comfortable room in an old town house. The charming Elizabeth went out of her way to be helpful. The town centre is surprisingly compact and within easy reach by foot.

Rooms were located on the first floor but an elevator would have been helpful when carrying heavy luggage. Bed height might be lower for some people.
